It is the fee that each visitor pays to the municipality of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, for each night of accommodations (up to a maximum of three overnight stays). The funds raised are used to create or improve tourist infrastructure and thus offer more options to enjoy every corner of Bariloche.
Value of AR $265.00 per night (until 12/15/2023), per person. This fee is paid at the time of Check-in through the municipality's website.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Las chicas de la recepción todas muy profesionales
La habitación no el lo que muestran las fotos, baño re chico, sentarse en el inodoro era una aventura para no pegarce en la cabeza, toallones deshilachados ,pieza con cubrecamas sucios, desayuno malo y no se conduce con lo que pagamos

No hay comunicación entre las recepciones de los distintos turnos. Cancelaron mi reserva cuando había indicado telefónicamente que mantenía la misma y que llegaría tarde.
El baño de la habitación es muy chico y muy incómodo.
En la habitación hacía mucho calor y no había forma de resolverlo más que abrir la ventana.
El desayuno es excelente y Adriana que me atendio es fantastica
Cuando llegue me cobraron un monto diferente al que habia reservado y la recepcionista explico que "era problema de Booking no de ellos". Reserve por Booking por $58.112+$12203,59 ($70315,59) y pague $71912,12. Infelizmente la Recepcionista no estaba capacitada para resolver o dar una respuesta profesional y no habia mas personas a cargo en la propiedad.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña y el baño aún más pequeño
El desayuno excelente. El trato del personal, muy amables todos.
La limpieza no se alcanzaba a realizar durante el desayuno, me imagino por la cantidad de habitaciones, pero ningun dia nos realizaron limpieza durante ese período de tiempo.
Además se filtraba mucho el ruido de la calle por las ventanas y era porque no se cerraban en su totalidad.
Buena ubicación. Todo nuevo.
Habitación un poco pequeña. Check out demasiado pronto (10:00), si te quieres quedar más es muy caro, no compensa. Desayuno muy pobre.
