Property was clean, welcoming and a great homely feeling. Staff were exceptional could not say enough about them, was a great stay and our young kids were treated soo well, we will be back.
Fantastic stay
Staff lovely great location
Location, bar, food, comfortable room and good breakfast
Heating in the room not working, shower leaking up to the ceiling and all over the floor.
Great Food and very comfy rooms with convenient parking.
Nothing
Beautiful room. The food was excellent, we had lunch & breakfast there. Lots of lovely different areas to sit in in the pub/restaurant. Receptionist took the time to actually take us up to our room & show us how everything worked.
Tricky to get into the carpark as there was a barrier that you needed a code for & it took a while to get a response from reception to obtain the code
What a delightful place could not have been happier staf was professional and polite
Very very clean pub very nice breakfast excellent
The food was very good. Free car parking
Breakfast was very nice and fresh. I had a breakfast nap and a fantastic pastry after with a latte. Room exceeded our expectations, spacious, clean, size, and decor was fantastic. Lovely little town and right beside the train station which was very handy. Staff were very polite and helpful with directions to help me get to places I wanted to go in central London.
I enjoyed everything.
The food was lovely and the staff were very nice
The staff who were manning the bar in the evening. Had to persuade them to let us have a drink at 10.20pm when we returned as we were guests.
Food was lovely
All was excellent
The bed was super comfy. Staff were absolutely brilliant and really friendly. The food was fabulous. Absolutely great find! I’ll be back when I’m next down south.
I did think the additional breakfast cost was a little pricey but that’s because I don’t have a full English in the morning. Any chance of a lower breakfast rate for a continental breakfast or pay as you go?? Just a thought. I did love my stay, though!
Loved everything about it
