Excellent stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return
Pros:

Warm atmosphere with a good vibe.
The room was a great size and clean, with a large comfortable bed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and everything was a fair price and breakfast to the room at no extra cost was a nice touch, would not hesitate to return when I travel to this part of London again.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful building and decor. Outdoor seating space. Close to tube, shops, restaurants etc. very comfortable bed. Everything you need such as fridge, ironing board & iron, safe and hairdryer.
Helpful and attentive staff. Lovely shampoo, conditioner, etc in good size bottles. Good selection of teas, coffee etc. Lots of storage in room.

Cons:

Sadly the room was quite small and we had issues with the shower being too low pressure and either scolding hot or too cold. Raised issues with staff on checkout who apologised and said someone else had also made the same complaint.

The room was very personable and cosy, like a soft nest. It was very nice to sleep in the nrd. water got topped up, good tea and coffee options, very quiet

Bene ma colazione da evitare
Pros:

Hotel molto carino, nello stile "Pub tradizionale con camere". le camere sono ampie, sopra la media di Londra, ben pulite, molto belle e caratteristiche. il letto comodo e la pulizia molto buona. il bagno ampio e ampia disposizione di asciugamani ma l'erogazione dell'acqua calda è minimale, al limite del difficile lavarsi con così poca potenza. in camera sono messi a disposizione un minibar molto fornito, bollitore con the, macchinetta caffè a cialde e frutta.

Cons:

Piccole cose come l'illuminazione non regolabile e scarsa. ma i problemi maggiori sono stati la doccia, con pochissima acqua calda (un rivolo) e la colazione. l'abbiamo fatta una sola mattina e poi non più ripetuta. per un pub è una delusione. scarsa in quantità, pane raffermo (ma perchè non usare pane da toast?) qualità del prodotto di livello basso. mi aspetto questo tipo di colazione in un hotel molto economico, non al Brook green. anche tenuto conto del fatto che la colazione in due è costata quasi 50 sterline. onestamente da evitare. peccato perchè toglie molto fascino ad un hotel in stile pub.

Lovely clean hotel with great bar and breakfast
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. Very good value. The gentleman who was serving the bar and reception when I was there was quite helpful. Good location and easy to get anywhere.

Great stay in a great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is such a nice change from the chain hotels. My room was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath. The staff were all friendly and check in and check out were both efficient. Also, the location is so good for the Hammersmith area. The station is 10 minutes walk away. I’d definitely stay in Brook Green Hotel again.

Lovely neighorhood inn with a charming pub!
Pros:

Nice neighborhood with a quick walk to a major tube stop. The bar/dining area was really welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening. Great staff!

Cons:

Our room could have been a bit bigger-tough with two people.

Nice Hotel for the area and pretty good value overall.
Pros:

Convenient for Westfield and surrounding areas. Room was nice but no blackout blind made for an early wake up.
Bit of confusion around what time breakfast was served until but it all worked out ok in the end.

Cons:

Fine for us but having no lift to reach the upper floors would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
