Perfekt beliggenhet. Kort vei å gå fra T-banen. Rommet var lite, men med gode senger og godt renhold. Store, varme håndklær og gode badeprodukter - dusjsåpe, shampoo, balsam og bodylotion. Rommet var utstyrt med store, fine vinglass, samt glass til bobler. Kaffe og vann ble fylt på hver dag. Fin atmosfære i puben og en hyggelig bakgård/hage.

Closeness to tube station. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely neighborhood setting.

Charming pub hotel in Hammersmith which was in an ideal location for an event I was attending in Olympia. Lovely downstairs staff and quiet, spacious rooms with everything you need! Air con worked great and the mini bar options were good too :)

Absolutely loved this hotel which is in a lovely area of London.

Gezellige en laagdrempelige sfeer. De kamer was schoon en de pub beneden erg sfeervol. Het ontbijt was erg lekker (je kan kiezen van een menukaart en gebruik maken van een ontbijttafel waar je croissantjes, zoete broodjes, boterhammen, yoghurt en fruit kunt pakken). We hebben ook 1 keer gedineerd in de pub, dit beviel ons erg goed! Lekker eten en fijne sfeer om nog na te tafelen met een biertje en een pakje kaarten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Camera pulita, luminosa e spaziosa. Presente una cassa bluetooth per ascoltare musica davvero utile.tende coprenti ottime. Il pub sotto elegante e davvero bello.
Colazione preparata al momento molto buona. Personale giovane, sorridente e disponibile. Moquette dove presente pulita e buon profumo.

I stayed in Room 10 (2nd floor, facing the street), and honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed.
Every staff member was polite and attentive. The gentleman behind reception offered to help with my bag, in the morning I was greeted by a lovely lady (possibly Dutch or Scandinavian, apologies if I've guessed wrong, I just want everyone to get the credit they deserve!) who was incredibly helpful, and the gentleman who brought out the food was polite/accommodating as well :) The genuine warmth of the staff really added to the stay. And I can't speak for any of the other food they serve but the breakfast I ordered was lovely!!
The room itself was well thought out too, a mini-fridge with plenty of choice, a complimentary Nespresso machine, and apples were a nice touch. The AC was excellent, and soundproofing was impressive: I didn't hear anyone from the floor above (which I normally do in other hotels), and there was no noise at all from the pub downstairs. The street outside could be heard faintly, mainly the odd ambulance, but with earbuds in I didn't wake up during the night — and I say that as someone who's usually quite sensitive to noise.
The bed was really comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality and lovely. There's clearly strong attention to detail here, from the service to the little touches in the room, all designed to make sure guests have a great stay.
