Little gem of a hotel.
Pros:

This was a really lovely stay for us. The attention to detail really made it special (such as the little snacks in the room, the lovely Bramley skincare products in the bathroom and the overall decor. The bar was lovely and had a nice little buzz when we sat to have a drink later in the evening.

The room was bright with huge windows bathing it in natural sunlight, the shower powerful, the beds comfortable and the room spotless.

Service was great. Kate greeted us with a smile throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We’ll definitely be returning, but next time we’ll stay longer than one night!

Great part of town- very hospitable team.
Pros:

The location is great! Easy walking distance to Hammersmith train and tube station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is no elevator and rooms are upstairs. Fine for fit folks. It is not ADA compliant. Housekeeping staff deserves accolades as they pick up when desk staff is,,,unavailable. Desk staff doesn't seem to have the best communication, but friendly. Pub downstairs is comfortable and chef is great. The short ribs and the beetroot hummus were remarkable. Prices were fair. A big downside for noise sensitive people is the proximity to police station. Sirens were audible every night. Curtains are black out. There are restaurants and a large Tesco nearby. LOVED THE AREA!! Had a great walk to the river and enjoyed riverside pubs and people. We had the bigger boutique room for part of our stay, and the huge tub was a treat. Would stay again, but definitely bring better earplugs.

Very pleasant overnight stay after a long haul flight. The lovely deep bath was a fab bonus.
Cons:

The outside garden area could have done with a check. I took my wine out there and the tables weren’t wiped, ashtrays full. Cushions in disarray.

Pros:

Returning here for a week long stay and really enjoyed it. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean. Sunday lunch was fantastic. Shall definitely be back!

Pros:

Trotz Straßen ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Das Personal geht mit einer großen Freundlichkeit auf die Kundenwünsche ein ( Koffer vor dem offiziellen Check-In im Hotel deponieren, Frühstück individuell angepasst).

Die nächste U-Bahn ist ca 5-10 Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit, im Zimmer zu lüften. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind die Fenster verschlossen. Jedoch gibt es Menschen, die gerne bei geöffnetem/gekippten Fenster schlafen oder am Abend das Zimmer kurz mit Frischluft versorgen möchten.

Ein Kippfenster wäre schon eine ideale Lösung.

Excellent stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return
Pros:

Warm atmosphere with a good vibe.
The room was a great size and clean, with a large comfortable bed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and everything was a fair price and breakfast to the room at no extra cost was a nice touch, would not hesitate to return when I travel to this part of London again.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful building and decor. Outdoor seating space. Close to tube, shops, restaurants etc. very comfortable bed. Everything you need such as fridge, ironing board & iron, safe and hairdryer.
Helpful and attentive staff. Lovely shampoo, conditioner, etc in good size bottles. Good selection of teas, coffee etc. Lots of storage in room.
