Mycket trevlig vistelse!
Pros:

Läget var toppen! Litet och gulligt hotell. Lugnt på hotellet. Smidigt att ta sig från ock till Heathrow med tunnelbanan. Enkelt att ta sig vidare runt i London. Lugn och mysigt område.

Cons:

Att ambulanserna hördes sent på kvällarna. Utryckningsfordon har station nära. Bör nämnas att vi hade rum mot stora gatan.

Cosy hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. Really enjoyed the rustic lodge feel of the rooms. The bathroom were clean and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast was also fantastic. All in all, highly recommend the place!

Cons:

The hotel is near a hospital so can get loud with all the ambulance noise, bring ear plugs!

Charming, friendly, a great place to stay.
Pros:

This was the 2nd time I stayed and it was just as good as the 1st. The rooms are charming and well-appointed. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and interested in making sure my stay was enjoyable. The food and drinks are first-rate. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively without being overly boisterous.

Mysigt hotell med bra läge för weekend med kompis
Pros:

Fint hotell i mysigt område, lagom promenad från Shepherd's Bush och Hammersmith's tunnelbanestationer. Mycket restauranger och butiker i närheten. Fina och välstädade rum!

Cons:

På hemresedagen skulle vi ta en taxi vid 07:00 men hela nedervåningen på hotellet var låst och ingen personal på plats. Som tur var kunde vi ta oss ut på innergården och ta oss ut genom en grind. Kan vara bra att som gäst ha möjligheten att ta sig ut, speciellt när jag dagen innan frågade i receptionen just kring den tidiga utcheckningen,

Ottimo hotel ad Hammersmith.
Pros:

Posizione, qualità delle stanze, disponibilità dello staff alla reception. Molto bello anche il pub sottostante. Le due stazioni della metro di Hammersmith sono a poche centinaia di metri.

Mooie kamers, gezellige pub, zeer proper

Cons:

We bestelden ontbijt op voorhand bij. Bij de breakfast tabel ontbraken veel zaken die normaal wel inbegrepen zijn (waaronder yoghurt). Personeel werkte er precies tegen hun zin. Amper goedemorgen. Warm ontbijt werd vergeten, en na het aan te geven moesten we alsnog 15 min wachten na al 45 min te wachten. Er kwamen geen excuses van het personeel. Ontbijt wel lekker.
