we wanted to stay in Chiselhurst as it was convenient for what and where we wanted to go. Bus stop just down the road to Petts Wood then train to London Victoria. No hassle at all. the room was very clean. Pub downstairs. we were there during the World Cup football matches. all the staff and the 'pub clients' were very nice and kind to us older people. there is no lift, and so were allocated room on the first floor. not too hard with the stairs. Thanks for a nice stay.
Easy to find, large car park, straightforward check-in, very friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed; nice bar areas and garden, tasty breakfast, nice extras like snacks in the room, ironing board, quality toiletries. Really really nice
Nothing really
Attended a wedding and Jane made the day. Exceptional service
The mist uncomfortable bed in the world, pillows not much better.
Location. Clean.
Liked everything.
Convenient for us to stay here and found the staff very helpful, friendly and professional.
Could do with a fridge in the room, otherwise very good.
Only thing missing was convenience stores in a walking distance but that is nothing to do with the hotel.
Would stay again.
Fabulous hotel with attentive staff and lovely decor.
Breakfast was delicous and even Hector my White Shepherd had his own plate of bacon and sausage.
Nothing at all
Attractive building with character in pretty location
Parking is unlikely on site and whilst a space can be found for free in nearby roads it’s not ideal if it was raining and you had to walk to hotel/pub with luggage.
Location, for the reason we were in the area
Room size…room must’ve been the tiniest in the place.
Bar staff…not interested in serving us, then completely not listening when they did
Really nice room on top of a lovely pub.
Was all good!
neighbourhood, pub
more space in the room.
Charge for the room nibbles. we could not see any notification about this extra charge..
This is our second stay and cannot fault it! Really wonderful one night stay!
The lighting in the bedroom, would have preferred a slightly brighter room but am being a little fussy
location was near to where we needed. Parking was good
Noise, especially road traffic noise, just to be aware of. No lift so br aware of stairs. Not clear from front where the etrance is so you end up dragging luggage etc thru the pub
