The room was beautiful, the bed was the comfiest that we've ever slept in. The location on the river was perfect. The staff were amazing (provided us with earplugs). The breakfast was lovely, wide variety of fresh food (would have loved some crusty bread though). Really stunning hotel, will definitely be returning in a heartbeat.

The location by the Hampton Court Palace was perfect. We had a Classic Room which was spacious and comfortable. Lovely to have milk provided in the fridge too!
Dinner was superb! It was my husband’s birthday and they had noted it down and brought a candlelit chocolate brownie to the table. Everyone joined in the birthday song .
Parking right outside the front. It was double parked by design to utilise space and we gave them the keys to move cars as needed.
We will definitely be back!
A minor detail but worth noting. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was turning out cold coffee, however the lady serving the tables very quickly brought us freshly made coffee from the bar area.
The food selection could be improved on with a wider range. A breakfast option cooked to order would have been the icing on the cake :)
Gorgeous decor, authentic historical building with understated cosy elegance. Lovely welcome drink for guests and evening tipple in the library, compliments of the hotel! Super helpful and friendly staff who sorted out everything for us! Outstanding location for our trip to Hampton Court Palace, as we literally just walked across the road to the entrance and the hotel provided tickets. Wow!

Breakfast was really nice and explanations given as to how the buffet worked.
Overall every member of staff encountered was helpful and friendly and really could not have asked for more.

Was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade on arrival. Huge bed and the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting overlooking the Thames, watching a heron and swans on the water. Opposite Hampton court palace which was very convenient.

Loved the room names, our room was very spacious. Restaurants were great, we had drinks on the Terrace, breakfast and afternoon tea whilst there. No complaints at all

Красивый номер, большой. В номере есть халаты, чай, кофе заварной, молоко, сливки. Тапочки принесли по запросу. Завтрак вкусный с очень красивыми видом на реку. Кровать большая и очень мягкая, спали отлично! Дворец Хэмптон корт через дорогу.
Зданию 400 лет, перекрытия деревянные и если сверху есть соседи, то очень слышно, но это не вина отеля. Мало парковочных мест, пришлось парковаться за 12 фунтов на ЖД станции через мост
