What a fantastic stay at The Mitre Hotel in Hampton Court! From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the staff was warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. The reception team were extremely helpful and made everything effortless.
The restaurant staff were superb – professional, welcoming and clearly dedicated to providing a great experience. A special mention must go to Dan, who was absolutely outstanding and truly went above and beyond. His service made our visit even more memorable.
The accommodation was excellent – comfortable, beautifully presented and very relaxing. Breakfast was also superb, with great quality and a wonderful start to the day.
Overall, a brilliant experience with exceptional service throughout. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The Mitre to anyone visiting the area.
The location was the closest to where I wanted to go. That made my day easier
Niets
The hotel was full of character , excellent location , very friendly staff.
Really helpful staff, great service with friendly response.
The outside area near the riverside looked ‘tired’ and could have done with some upgrading.
Everything, superb stay.
Nothing...

Parkeing
Loved everything!
Friendly, attentive staff and historic atmosphere
Marvellous food in the brasserie 1665
Wonderful views of the Thames
No lift & on room second floor although staff helped with luggage
Twin beds had single size quilts that felt a bit meagre, double quilts would have been more comfortable
Radiator in bathroom didn’t work
Interesting building…. Beautiful views over the river. Our room was gorgeous… very comfortable
Nothing to dislike
Beautiful hotel and rooms. Lovely facilities and a great view of the river and Hampton Court. Staff were also very friendly and helpful!
The breakfast was lovely. All the staff were very attentive especially the young man in the evening who showed us to the library and poured us out a madeira. He also gave us a history of the hotel. When I had left my fob in my bedroom, again no problem as he brought me a replacement
I would have liked more places to plug in my various appliances eg. Mobile phone, hearing aids, watch etc to recharge. Only 1 of the 2 worked and that seemed to be intermittent. If they could have been by the bed, that too would have been more useful. I leaflet on how to use the coffee machine would be useful. I am 80 but it is different from mine. The nice Housekeeping lady explained it to me
Pillows flat and hard😕
