The room was lovely and shower.
The breakfast was lovely and having the views looking over the Thames .
They could of remembered to put a card in my Sister room ashe was celebrating her 70th birthday .
As this didn't happen the manger let us all have a drink on the hotel which was very nice0
The staff were 10/10 - nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and tasteful decor with beautiful bedding made it feel like a cost home away from home. Housekeeping did a lovely job. We will most certainly be back.
Parking is a little scares but the team at the hotel make it work the best they can!
Location was excellent as we was going to Hampton Court Palace which was just over the road . Room was lovely and clean but we would have liked a biscuit in our room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from
our check in as it should have been 3pm and we could not get our room until 4,30
Location to the palace where my event was and nice location on the river
With hot weather - no AC. Quite noisy on ground floor when people walking around in room above but it is an old property so can be expected I guess
From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel welcome. The court room was beautiful and well located to parks, palace and buses. The breakfast was delicious and generous and all the staff were kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful location next to the River Thames.
We are yearly regulars here when we visit the Hampton Court Music Festival. There is always a friendly welcome, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and very relaxed and great views over the river.
I think the only thing the Mitre really needs to think about now is getting air conditioning into the rooms. With the climate changing and the summer starting earlier I think its a change they need to implement
Lots of character. From the moment we walked in, we were well looked after by staff. Conveniently placed. Luxury rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Beautiful interiors and friendly staff
Nothing
The room was big with a very comfy bed. The location was great as we were going to Hampton Court Palace which was just the other side of the road.
Our room was quiet, no road sounds and the staff were very friendly.
Its not so much didn't like but very limited parking spaces, we arrived early so were able to get one. The gentleman looking after the car park was very friendly and helpful.
Its location is excellent when visiting Hampton Court. The quirky nature of the building was charming and eating on the terrace by the river was just lovely.
Hot tap in our bathroom was loose and moved around when you turned it on.
Everything, it was amazing
