Very clean and cosy
Great location, large comfortable, air-conditioned room, with lots of extras. Very good breakfast
We had two wonderful stays at Coach and Horses in August! We visit family and friends in the area and traveled to Yorkshire in between. Our room was spacious, clean and air conditioned! And staying in a pub means just going down the stairs (or lift) for meals, drinks and the pub quiz! (We came in 2nd and won a bottle of wine 😊.) We enjoyed breakfast and several other meals in the Library and on the front patio. The food was very good and we made sure to compliment the chef. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We look forward to staying at Coach and Horses in the future!
Comfy room and honesty box. Mini bar. Quality furnishings.
Bath outside (wood) very tired.
We stayed here two different nights on our recent trip. At the beginning of our Scotland trip when we landed in London before our next flight to Aberdeen and the night before our flight home. Wonderful boutique hotel with excellent location and a fantastic staff! The bartenders were on point and very good at pouring a great pint. The food was also very good. Alicja at the front desk was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Don't miss this hotel if traveling to London!!
Room was very spacious, well stocked with good facilities, good shower and comfy bed. Short walk from Kew Gardens station, very close to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew. Was able to check in easily and slightly ahead of check in time, as we were early and our room was ready. Lovely stay.
I had a better night's sleep then at home.
It was a shame that we didn't stay longer.
Great spot!

Friendly reception staff. Good location, particularly for Kew Gardens.
Service in the restaurant was quite slow.
Cups did not fit the coffee maker in the room
Lovely comfortable room. Immaculately clean. Really comfortable huge bed. Lots of facilities- iron, ironing board, hairdryer, excellent pantry station. Air conditioning almost too efficient.
Really lovely staff. So helpful, welcoming, friendly.
No dedicated room for disabled. I bought my own loo raise but sadly the shower wasn’t walk in and the step up too high/dangerous -
Service by Alicjia
This hotel was in a good location for Kew Gardens, and a short walk from the Kew tube station. We caught a bus into Richmond - just a short ride away, and the bus stop was only a minute's walk from the hotel. The pub downstairs was quite pricey, so we tended to go into Richmond for meals. Kew and Richmond both lovely places to walk around and experience. And don't miss Richmond Park!
perfect location … short walk (10 - 15 minutes) to train (the Tube) station, very close to Kew Garden entrance, wonderful pub for indoor and outdoor dining
not a major issue and definitely an unavoidable issue but wish we had a view from hotel room
A very comfortable hotel. Room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. Air conditioning (wonderful). Good coffee making facilities. Great shower. Hotel staff really friendly. A huge thank you to Mandy who made us very welcome, and looked after us in the evenings. The evening menu had a good selection, and the food was lovely. The hot breakfast menu had a good choice and the food was very tasty. I want to give 5 stars, but felt that the cold "help yourself" breakfast choices did not reflect the atmosphere of the hotel. Poor fresh fruit selection. The cereals were in glass jars. When I opened mine, it was mouldy. Slow service, and had to chase up replenishments, mainly coffee, milk. etc. I feel this isn't the norm, as the hotel was busy, and a bit pricey. Overall it was a great stay, and would still highly recommend
Great atmosphere, comfortable room and bed and safe car parking. A little on the expensive side. could be noisy in the morning, some guests seem not bothered with slamming doors and loud conversations.
Great hotel and very friendly staff who are always very helpful
I’d like to take a moment to thank Mandy for taking care of me and my friends last night, she made us feel very welcome and more importantly she is a star like the eclipse
It was clean & comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
I could only stay for two days.
