Great rooms, good location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Lovely room, tastefully decorated, nice touches like fresh chocolate brownies. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Secure parking. Great breakfast.

One of the best places we have stayed.
Pros:

Good overall and I shall return because it is Convenient location for a sensible price
Pros:

The only thing I would suggest could be improved is breakfast. It is not quite as good as it used to be. If busy service is a bit slow and cooking a bit bit hot or miss- a bit of an average experience.

Delightful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Pros:

Reception and staff professional and friendly. Room immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast. Location amazing. Easy to find. Secure parking. Relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant and bar very reasonably priced for London with a good and varied menu. My meal was great and the service was good without being intrusive.

Cons:

Room service not available during the evening.

Breakfast - Good choice and big quantities
Dinner - Nice selection and very tasty.

Room - We stayed in room 5 - twin bed, shower and ground floor - clean and comfortable

Staff - Pleasant and helpful

Cons:

No bath although this was of little consequence.

Pros:

We went for dinner mid week and left disappointed. The ambiance and interior was nice and welcoming but the food did not leave a good impression. Food was OK at best - not worth the 'gastropub' prices. The fish and chips did not taste very fresh. The chips were not well cooked and tasted like frozen chips that was deep fried. The waiter got several items on our order wrong. Service was slow. Will not be going back.
