Couldn't want for anything else. Always a good option for an overnight stay, Easy access from M25.
Pros:

Check in available on arrival at Noon.
Nice room, well furnished as are the communal areas also.
Breakfast as good as always, and that's very good.
Staff always helpful.

The girl receptionist helped me and my partner with every request we made. this really helped us enjoy our time more than we would have without the assistance.

Staff were really attentive to requested special needs when booking for my parents and they were helpful and cheery throughout their stay.

Cons:

There wasn't anything, thumbs up to everything and we'll definitely be booking again.

The bed was extremely comfortable. But the traffic noise was disturbing.

Great stay would defo book again
Pros:

Both room I had booked where fantastic, lots of pace in both of then, the beds where really comfortable and there was lots of room in the beds, Breakfast was lovely the only down side was the coffee wasn't as nice as I was hoping and it was cold.

Cons:

There wasn't much we didn't like everything was great it was just the tea and coffee in the Morning for breakfast wasn't nice they were cold by the time brought them back to the table. The push button for our toilet in the double room was broken so it was hard to flush

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Welcome, parking, staff, food, room, shower, facilities, location, quiet, bar, outside area.

Cons:

Bit grubby, particularly in the hallways, bottoms of internal doors filthy. The groaning shuddering doors of the 2-floor lift concerning - took the stairs.
