Perfect!! Would definitely stay again.

It was unique and the building has kept its historic look.

Being from up north the prices were a little too high but the food and drink and even the service was exceptional.

Pros:

The Crown Hotel is a charming inn and our room was very nice and comfortable. It was so much better than a standard hotel at the airport and only took is 20 minutes to get to the car rental return at LHR. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Hotel facilities need more spent on their upkeep
Pros:

Staff very helpful and pleasant , convenient location

Cons:

Very tired property, lift was filthy, room had scuffed walls and and looked like it needed more cleaning and maintenance.

All good apart from the locked out incident
Pros:

Lovely room 100% good

Cons:

We came back to hotel 11,45 pm an couldn’t get back in . Couldn’t get night person to let us back in so had to find a barman that was clearing up to let us back in hotel ,
