كان الفريق العمل جدا إنساني ومحترم لقد قمت بأجراء عملية بأسطنبول ساعدوني بشراء العلاج وتقديم الشوربة وحتا في حمل حقائب السفر لم يتركوني لو للحظة والغرف كل يوم تنظف ويسألك الموظفين اذا كنت بحاجة إلى مساعدة او ينقصك شيئ موقع اوتيل جدا ممتاز وسط كل الفاتح كل ما تريده موجود انصح به لكل من يريد القدوم من اوروبا إلى اسطنبول سيجد الراحة النفسية والجسدية
Das Team war sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Während meines Aufenthalts in Istanbul nach meiner Operation haben sie mir bei Medikamenten, Essen und sogar beim Tragen meines Gepäcks geholfen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Fatih ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert für Besucher aus Europa
