Was filthy ,drains were clogged,dust on bedding

Dirty floors, a broken window, the floor was sticky, walls had residue on them, Pillow case was ripped with hole, heater was full of dust.
We were coughing all night from the dirty room and the broken window letting in cold air all night.

It was poorly cleaned. The silicon around the floor of the shower was coming off, the grout was dirty/ mouldy.
The area around all skirting boards and the visible areas behind TV, fridge, cupboard have likely never been cleaned, the are behind the bathroom door was dirty. The area between the double glazed windows has Definitely never been cleaned.
When you flushed the toilet, water leaked from the S bend outlet.
The bottom door shelf of the fridge had been torn out. There was dirt on the wall next to the bathroom sink which hadn't been wiped.

This time room was very dirty and dusty
TV was extremely oversized for the bracket it waa on and made getting into bed a problem.

Wifi dropped in and out on both phone and laptop frequently. Don't count on it

Checked into this place and instantly knew we’d made a mistake. Got greeted by someone clearly off their head on drugs before we’d even made it to the room.
Walked in and it was absolutely filthy. No bathroom door at all — which is beyond unacceptable when you’re travelling with your daughter. Power points looked dodgy as hell, like they hadn’t been touched in 20 years. Beds were disgusting… I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in them.
We didn’t last the night. Packed up first thing in the morning and booked somewhere else for the next two nights.
This place being listed as 3 stars is a joke. Half a star at best — and that’s being generous.

The room had thick dust on the floor along all walls, stank of cigarette smoke, mould in bathroom.

Very unprofessional
In spite of booking rooms for two days, the next morning we had to get up early checkout and then switch to the different rooms again. These different rooms were dirty so half of our day was just wasted in switching rooms.

The entrance was filthy & smelled like urine. There was no-one at reception - ever. The hotel looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. My room was disgusting with old food and rubbish left in the room. The carpet was filthy, covered in a thick layer of white dust and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The room was missing the advertised seating area & desk, an ironing board, and toaster. There was nowhere to put your suitcase or hang clothes. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. There was no toilet roll holder. The bathroom had very poor workmanship with jagged edges left exposed. There was chewing gum sitting on the side of the bathtub and black hair all over the bathroom floor. There was no door between the toilet and the kitchenette area. The fridge was dirty & the ice box so frozen up, you couldn't open the door. The bed was uncomfortable with no padding over the springs in the mattress. There were shards of glass in the broken picture frame. The window was covered in a thick white dust and wouldn't open properly. The front of the air conditioner fell off and the filter was clogged with dust. I called management when I arrived to complain about the state of the room. They said they would send someone to vacuum straight away but nobody came. I had trouble breathing in this room. I text management at 2am and again at 3am - I genuinely feared for my health. I left the hotel the next morning around 6.30am. I tried calling management but nobody answered my calls. I returned to the hotel later that morning and again there was no one at reception and no one answering the phone number on reception. I went looking for someone and found a worker in another equally dirty room. I explained I wanted refund. She called the owner who then reluctantly spoke to me then said she could only offer a refund for 3 nights - I had booked 5 nights.

電梯老舊且很有問題，按了某一樓層卻到另一樓層，晚上11點過後想下樓竟然按不了。房間內設備老舊但使用還算正常

The room stunk of cigarettes. The shower was useless as soon as the water was turned on the shower head turned down and into the wall. Wouldn’t stay up, bathroom and carpet could do with a really good clean
