Do not stay here.

Cons:

I was sent an email thanking me for letting them know we were checking in late. I had never let them know. We were checking in at 3pm. After getting into room, there was no iron. We had travelled five hours and clothing was creased. No one answered the phone number that was left on the reception wall when I rang to ask where I could get an iron. We were charged just under $280 for a very ordinary room. This was the cheapest room we could find due to a NRL game being held in town. Very noisy outside window for the majority of the night. During the day anyone can travel up and down the lifts to the levels where the rooms are. Bath took forever to drain when showering. Walls and floors very worn, does not look as the advertisement portrays.Couldn't wait to leave and will never stay there again.

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Bed was OK. Location was good, but difficult to find.

Cons:

Fridge did not work. The bathroom sink was 20cm from the toilet rim so you couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. Noise 24/7. The bathroom plumbing leaked and I had to move rooms at 10pm. Rude management when I had to move.
Would not stay here again.

The location is amazing and bed was actually pretty good. Bathroom was good to.

Cons:

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and that would be the only reason to stay there. I don't think the windows have been cleaned this century.

Great location, decent quality hotel.
Pros:

The location's great. Right in the cbd and approx 15mins walk to the MCG. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for our needs, shower was great and the linen was soft.

Cons:

Only complaint was that the mattress wasn't super comfy.

It was filthy. Surfaces were sticky and bathroom had previous persons hair all over the drains.

Very bad motel. Should be closed down.

The location was fantastic. It was close to everything.

Cons:

Very dirty, dusty room. The furniture was broken. All the surfaces were sticky and dirty. Fridge was dirty. Microwave had congealed food inside. Spare blanket was stained. Unsafe lifts with exposed wiring. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Fresh air not available in the room due to windows not able to open. Dirty windows. Will not be staying here again.
