Brak odpowiedniego sprzątania. Byliśmy w dwóch mężczyzn a po sprzątaniu wszędzie były długie włosy i w ostatni dzień zabilismy dwa karaluchy w łazience. Prz czym w łazience wiele niedociągnięć dziury w płytkach brak szczotki do wc .z innej drogi okna w pokoju nie jest możliwe by otworzyć i na koniec nocny personel po wyjciu na papierosa nie otwierał drzwi przez ponad pół godziny prz czym było dzwonione na recepcie z prośbą o otwarcie dzwi chotelowych konie końców musiałem zadzwonić do znajomego zęby zszedł w nocy po 2 godzinę i otworzył drzwi

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, bezpieczna okolica, 15 min od metra nr 8 i 300m od autobusu linii 25 który ma połączenie z linią metra nr 14.

Cons:

Nie podobała mi się obsługa, Pani z recepcji mało przyjazna. Miala problem by rozmawiac w jezyku angielskim. Zameldowanie od godziny 14:00-15:00 nie miało miejsca. W tym trudnym czasie jakim była fala upałów liczyłam na szybkie zameldowanie. Niestety, mimo że przybyłam o 16:00 pokój nadal nie był gotowy. Zameldowanie miało miejsce dopiero około godziny 16:40.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, personnel très gentil. Vous avez également des bouteilles d’eau en verre que vous pouvez remplir grâce a une fontaine à eau. J’aurai juste aimé avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, mais c’est noté dans les équipements de la chambre qu’il n’y en a pas, donc ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai.

Die extra stap in gastvrijheid.
Pros:

De service van de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste. Ze was zeer vrolijk en maakte er een feestje van voor haarzelf, collega’s en gasten.

Alles was uitstekend.
