Perfect intro to Zaragoza
Pros:

Big room with enough space for our luggages if we chose to bring them. Very clean and the room cleaning service was also satisfactory. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Wish we stayed longer!

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, sauber und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war neben dem Lift, der sehr laut war. Ab 6 Uhr morgens konnte ich deshalb nicht mehr so gut schlafen.

Good but…
Pros:

Good location and a good hotel for the price range

Cons:

What I also did not like was the way an issue at breakfast was handled. I noticed a large hair on one of the boiled eggs and informed the staff. Instead of removing the egg, they simply took the hair off and left the egg there. I found this very unhygienic and unprofessional.see in the pictures. This was pretty gross

Because of this, I would rate my experience a 6/10 rather than a 9/10.

Escasos o nulos muebles auxiliares en la habitación, apenas podíamos apoyar objetos en una mini mesa, a pesar de que la habitación en sí era espaciosa. Armario, o mejor dicho, pared con barra, sin puertas. Mucha calor en la habitación.
