En générale tout est propre et bien, dommage dans la salle de bain, elle est un peu salle, pourtant elle est toute neuve mais il y a des calcaires par tout.
Un grand merci à Putri. Très aimable.

The staff are friendly, but the standard of cleanliness is extremely disappointing. If you’re going to stay there, I recommend you take your own towels.

部屋環境、設備環境として、早朝までに及ぶ近隣施設からの音楽やインターネット速度の問題、またシャワーのお湯圧などが満足のいくものではない。

多くのスタッフ達は笑顔で、問題は発生するが、対応しようとする姿勢が良い。ただ直っていないものを直った、などの言い訳はいらないので素直にいつまでにどうするのかをしっかり出来れば良いと思います。

朝食は品数が少ないこと、毎日のバリエーションが少ない為、長期では飽きてきます。また時間帯によっては全くない状態もありました。

ジムは狭い部屋の一室に機材をちょろっと置いているだけなので、ジムとは言えません。

ランドリーマシーンはなく、ランドリーサービスのみで、価格的に近くのクリーニング屋に出す方が圧倒的に安いです。

隣接するレストランの生バンドが深夜3時頃まで大音量で演奏しておりうるさい。

宿泊階の給湯設備が故障し、1週間お湯が使えず水シャワーであった。

ベッドメイク等毎日あるが、ベットで時間を過ごすと脚や身体に複数の赤みを発症する。
恐らくダニに噛まれているものと思われる。

汗や皮脂といった匂いが寝具に染み付いており臭い。

I have been staying her for years. Always feel like i am coming home. Haven't been there as often because of COVID in the last few years, but when i came back the staff which were still there gave me a warm welcome. The location is convenient for meetings in the Kuningan area, and the food is good, although the menu is limited. But the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Old hotel room, lots of visible stains, old TV with local channels. Pretty weird to have a microwave oven.

Bed quality is not bad but internet sucks big time. Full WIFI but very slooooow and got timeout.

Shower has slow water and toilet looks yellowish but floor is clean in overall.

nice hotel for traveler, affordable and easy to find

The hotel had nothing to complain about. It was down a street filled with local vendors. If you are looking for a view not so great but definitely in touch with the local areas. The hotel was super clean. The power just happened to go out in the area when we arrived and within seconds the hotel had a generator running for the entire hotel operations. There were these strange windowed doors, two of them in the room that led to nothing but close the curtains and forget them.

ビジネスセンターはないが、どうしても印刷しなくてはならない資料をメールで送ることで印刷してくれた。

Lovely rooftop garden restaurant. Great for morning breakfasts.

Aircon not working properly, mosquitos in the room, no extra card key ( tried but cant use credit cards) for short leave from the room.
I needed to keep my Lap top on when i had to go to the coffee shop for a short meeting.
Also no decent eateries near the Hotel.

Budget hotel, location is good in regards to vicinity to Grand Indonesia mall and other interesting malls. The neighbourhood is less attractive. Staff are very nice and helpful, especially the reception staff who will try to accommodate as best as they can. reception area is fairly neat and smells nice. There's a working elevator. I haven't tried the restaurant or breakfast due to my schedule. The rooms are a little less neat, and there were issues with the shower temperature. Had to change room due to bad smell in the first one. The second one was okay, except for as mentioned, the shower water was too cold.
For a few days on a low budget this would do for me. Don't expect a 4 star hotel chain standard. Strongest point for me was the vicinity to Grand Indonesia and Kemang area.

ホテルは星の数が合わないほどきれいで、スタッフもとても親切で快適なホテルです。屋上のレス欄ではアルコールも用意されており、数少ないアルコールが飲めるホテルの一つです。シャワーのお湯が水が出ることになり、再度使えるようになるまで1時間要したこともありました。他は基本的に懸念点などはありません。また利用したいと思います。

Staff is what makes this place special for me. Wiwi at the front desk is exceptional, and always makes me feel like family, coming back for a visit. Helpful, friendly, I can't say enough about the team here.

주변에 마트와 편의점이 있고, 호텔 바로 앞에 세탁소가 있음
스트릿푸드 좋아하면 밤에 잠깐 근처 나가서 먹을만한 곳 꽤 있음.
롯데 쇼핑 애비뉴와 직선거리는 얼마 떨어져 있지 않지만 차로 이동하기는 꽤 걸림.
걸어서 거주지역 뚫고 가면 금방 가긴 하는데 골목이 복잡해서 길 잃기 쉬움. 해 떨어지고 난 다음에 거기 도보로 지나가는 건 비추 그냥 택시나 그랩 타세요.
