Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Every detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

Great location with lovely staff - not so happy with strange smell of bedding & towels
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fantastic, we often come to London via Stratford as it's an easy journey with plenty of parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious - really great options and high quality food.

Cons:

It's such a shame because the hotel is lovely, but when we got to our room we opened the door and we were overwhelmed by this awful smell. We couldn't put our finger on the smell, across between body-odour and washing that had been left in the washing machine for too long. Unfortunately we arrived really late at night and had young children we needed to get in to bed so didn't feel like calling reception to change rooms was a sensible option for us. We dealt with it - but smell transferred to our clothes and suitcase, I had to wash our items three times to get it out. It was definitely the hotel bedding and towels that had the bad smell so anything that touched these items then smelt too.
