Good but let yourselves down with the response to my issue.
Cons:

My safe was faulty. I called reception twice, they said they would send some straight away. We had to take all our belongings to our event because the safe wasn’t sorted before we left .

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in the centre of Westfield Stratford and so convenient for all the facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The only minor quibble was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it did keep the room cool ( temperatures outside were 28-30 C during our stay)

Fantastic team, beautiful place, great atmosphere and wine to be proud of! We'll be back!
Pros:

This is an amazing place to stay. The owner and team are very friendly and accommodating and a lot of thought has gone into the building. The place itself is truly very peaceful and clean in a lovely location, around 10-15 mins from some restaurants too. Plus, their wine is incredible. Very much worth staying, we will be back!
