Location for Olympic stadium GREAT.
Facilities and Comfort of room GREAT.
Reception Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Breakfast very nice.
No complaints.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and has all you need. Nice oasis in Westfield. Easy to find local places to eat and get snacks/drinks for the room.
Reception staff were lovely and really helpful.
This property is really well placed for a concert, why we chose it. Sadly they clearly have no influence or considered how to allow residents access to it after events. It is sold as a short walk and is indeed that, however we finally got swept through long queues back after the concert to find the whole area locked down. Despite showing security room keys etc we were forced to keep walking with all the crowds for much longer, past car parks, round the whole shopping centre to 1 entrance and get back in that way. Well over 40minutes in total, half of that could have been prevented and a let down. Anyone with mobility or crowd concerns really needs to consider using this hotel for a concert as it could be an issue for you.
To be able to see the hotel, pay a big premium to stay in it but not allowed access is a
real down point and not advertised.
if staying for a concert and driving make sure you access Westfield early afternoon. Traffic in the area obviously builds and there’s no where else to park for this hotel.
Central to the event we were going to
Not the property
I didn’t like that security cordoned off the walkway as we booked the hotel for convenience but we were treated like cattle
The breakfast choices were very average for a £20 per head charge
The restaurant on Friday evening was a disaster - I felt sorry for the staff as there were only about 30-40 percent of the staff required front of house and clearly similar orobkrm in the kitchen as the food didn’t come out quickly enough. We had a 5 pm reservation and got there at 4.55 - we waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to the welcome desk and we could see there was carnage - if I hadn’t known Stratford restaurants that were half decent were fully booked I would have walked at that point. Savings the detail we waited 20 minutes once seated to get an order taken then another 30-40 minutes to get a drink and waited until 1 hour 25 minutes after our booking time to get a starter - we were going to an event and missed the support act who we actually liked
Bed was really comfortable. Good location for the stadium.
Getting back to the hotel after the concert was chaotic as the route was closed off and no directions given. This should be made clear and directions given to guests.
Everything. The room was lovely, the staff were very nice and the location was excellent. And the restaurant serves wonderful food.
The price. Because Take That were in town they pretty much doubled the price of the rooms. But, to be fair, all hotels do it.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely terrace that myself and my son have a great steak dinner on. Great atmosphere and the food was superb. Excellent location within easy reach of the under and over ground train links to the city.
Upon arrival and getting into our room the bed was made up as a king and not a twin room as booked. Reception said they would get it made up to a twin but we were asked to leave the room in order for them to do this which was frustrating. The free wifi is also terrible.
During one of the hottest times, the air con in the room was most welcome!
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great - good variety
Room comfortable
Couldn’t get the TV to work
Towels were a bit scratchy
Big comfy bed with great pillows, large spacious room with sofa and table, clean and stylish bathroom
Only small negative the air handling unit was a bit loud not sure if this is because it was working harder due to the very hot weather, didn't affect my sleep though
Location next to the shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, Aquatic Swimming pool, underground, overground. Comfy beds, large rooms, fridge, safety deposit, iron boards and iron, satellite TV.
None
For the room we needed it met every requirement. Good sized room for a London Hotel. Large, comfy bed. Teas and Coffees. Great shower. Amazing location. There really isn't anything I could fault - maybe a couple of extra tea bags, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, i'm sure they could've provided some if we had asked.
N/A
Everything was spot on from the staff to the location to the comfort
The price of the food 🤣 but I am from Birmingham, £44 for a hotel steak is a little pricey especially when it doesn’t come with and sides .
