parfait.
Pros:

tres bien situé , beau village , chouette hotel , a refaire !!

Cons:

bar dans l'hotel , celui de l'hotel était plus pour la piscine mais pas pour prendre un verre le soir .
ce n'est pas gênant.

Wir hatten zwei Wochen, trotz der Hitze, einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Palazzo San Lorenzo und in Toskana verbracht 😀
Pros:

Die Lage mittendrin in der Toskana, der Ort Colle di Val d‘Elsa an sich, die Zimmer mit einer guten Klimaanlage, die Außenanlagen mit Pool und Liegewiese und die sehr freundlichen Service Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider lädt die Bar des Hotels nicht zum verweilen ein.

Grundsätzlich schönes Hotel mit viel Verbesserungspotential in puncto Personal.

Die Lage, die allgemeinen Einrichtungen des Hauses.

Cons:

Die Poolbar hatte erst ab 15:00 Uhr geöffnet, der Barkeeper hat sich überhaupt nicht um die Gäste gekümmert, man musste ihn erst suchen, er kam auch nicht hinter der Bar hervor und hat die Gäste nicht gefragt ob sie etwas möchten - quasi Selbstbedienung. Zu essen gab es nur Chips, die Gartenstühle waren von Vogelkot verschmutzt, Aschenbecher wurden tagelang nicht gelehrt, schmutzige Gläser blieben einen ganzen Tag lang stehen. Sehr viele englische Gäste und trotzdem kannte vom Personal niemand in der Küche „ham and eggs“. Nach mehrfacher Erklärung bekamen wir dann die Hotelversion davon 😂 Das Frühstücksbuffet war maximal Durchschnitt. Die Zimmermädchen waren dafür schnell, fleißig und sehr ordentlich.

Ideale locatie om verschillende bezienswaardigheden in Toscane te ontdekken. Mooie, grote kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie tuin met voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad. Hygiëne was top.

Cons:

Spijtig van de badkamer met ligbad en een veel te klein douchescherm. Plaatsing van het toilet achter de deur was zeer ongelukkig. Airco op de kamer kon de intense warmte niet aan. De temperatuur op de kamer geraakte niet onder de 24,5 °C.
