Pros:

Albergo molto bello e centralissimo, la nostra stanza era veramente stupenda, grande, luminosa con un letto enorme e un bagno veramente bellissimo, con marmi raffinati.
Insomma veramente un gran bel posto.
La Spa molto bella, peccato così "infossata" sotto terra ma decisamente ampia e funzionale, stupenda la sauna a vista"

Cons:

Sono sfumature ma ho trovato che il personale che "discuteva" animatamente fuori dalla nostra stanza per almeno 5 minuti alle 07.00 di mattina di domenica poteva magari risparmiarselo ed essere più discreto.
Abbiamo fatto colazione alle 09.00, probabilmente all'ora di punta e il personale è andato un po' in confusione ma dopo una decina di minuti si sono ripresi
Tutti dettagli che hanno il solo fine di essere di stimolo ad un costante miglioramento

La camera molto spaziosa e pulita

In camera mancava il bollitore.
Il frigorifero raffreddava molto poco. Ci siamo accorti l'ultimo giorno che c'era un biglietto per richiedere il tappetino della vasca. Molto molto scivolosa, forse era meglio lasciarlo già in camera. La spa a pagamento. I massaggi non erano nulla di professionale. Nella piscina il getto d'acqua per la cericale usciva da un distributore tutto arrugginito. Pesantemente arrugginito.
Con la ruggine che si staccava. E cadeva in acqua. Non c'era un bar. Non c'era un ristorante.
Il ristorante in convenzione a parole e non a euro. Dove siamo andati Offriva un servizio pessimo . Con camerieri
molto inesperti e una cucina, che lasciava molto desiderare. Per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

OTTIMO soggiorno in una struttura di alto livello
Pros:

OTTIMA struttura, molto pulita ed in una buona posizione all'interno delle mura vecchie di Colle val d'ELsa. Ottima anche la SPA. Buona e molto assortita la colazione. Stanza silennziosa.

Cons:

Purtroppo, la stagione non ha permesso di valutare il ristorante e la piscina esterna perchè erano chiusi

Great location and spacious rooms, but service and value could be improved
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The room was clean and very spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, especially a great selection of pastries and cakes.

Cons:

At check-in, we were only given one room key, even though we needed three in order to properly control the thermostat and lighting. We only discovered this after having to complain twice at the reception.

The breakfast, although varied, did not feel entirely fresh. For example, the boiled eggs were cold and clearly overcooked, with a greenish yolk. It was also surprising to see bananas being served that were completely brown.

Additionally, both the spa access and parking are charged extra, which further reduces the overall value for money.

Overall, the impression is that the price does not justify the level of service and quality provided.

Was uns gefallen hat war die lange.

Cons:

Es gab immer das gleiche zum Frühstück es gab Null Abwechslung man müsste sogar für gewisse Dinge separat bezahlen finde ich beim 4 Sterne Hotel ein no go.

Tolle Unterkunft, Personal sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Wir waren bereits vor 15 Jahren in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat uns damals schon sehr gut gefallen. Jetzt auch wieder.

Cons:

Der Indoor Pool ist leider mit dem Spa verbunden. Und im Spa dürfen nur Kinder ab 14 Jahren. Das ist sehr schade gewesen.

Pros:

La posizione, ottimale per visitare Colle di Val d’Elsa e i dintorni (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra), lo staff è molto gentile, la pulizia ottimale e la colazione buona anche se non ottima.
La spa è accogliente e rilassante ma gli spogliatoi sono veramente piccoli. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio massaggi facendone uno di coppia e anche quello è stato soddisfacente.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia dell’hotel che della spa va rivisto perché più di 100€ a notte e 80€ per un massaggio di 50 minuti lo ritengo eccessivo. Tuttavia i prezzi sono sempre ben specificati.
