Emplacement idéal pour l’Ironman Cascais. Qualité serviabilité de l’ensemble du personnel. Qualité du petit déjeuner.

Personnel de nettoyage a oublie de nettoyer la chambre 2 jours sur le séjour de 5 jours.

Superb luxury hotel
Pros:

Perfect hotel can't fault it all. The only issue we had was the parking garage instructions were not clear enough. I would advise they give the guests wishing to use the associated parking garage a printout with the instructions regarding the two ticket process.

Cons:

Also it would have been better if one of our 4 rooms was made available by 2pm. Instead we had to go halfway across the hotel to a toilet shower room to all get changed.

Beautiful hotel highly recommended
Pros:

Absolutely recommend this hotel. Perfect location right on the harbour, situated inside old fortress walls, it really is a gem, close to many restaurant’s and beaches. Lovely staff, plenty of choice at breakfast with a great view and comfortable beds. Great views from the rooftop and as we came for the Ironman 70.3 being able to overlook the transition area was an added bonus!

Cons:

Only thing was that I booked a balcony but it was actually a terrace with no view as surrounded by trees. Didn’t realise you have to book a sea view for any view. Notes for future if we get to return.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Las habitaciones poco cuidadas con desperfectos. Lo peor es que no nos dieron una de las habitaciones por la cara. Al día siguiente por fin nos la dieron. La habitación estaba pagada las dos noches. Ya el intentar reservar en ese hotel es imposible, o con centralita ni con la web. Son un auténtico desastre.
Para ser justos sí que hubo al día siguiente de nuestra llegada personal atento y simpático, pero el que nos atendió la noche que llegamos debería de dedicarse a otra cosa, antipático, cero resolutivo y nos dejó sin una habitación por su cara bonita. Mal

Hotel doskonale położony kilka minut od pięknej plaży i ogromnej liczby restauracji i barów oraz od mariny w Cascais. Zabytkowy budynek dokonale współgra z nowoczesnym wykończeniem wnętrza. Pokoje są przestronne, wygodne i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Hotel szczególnie godny polecenia na zawody IronMan Cascais. Nie tylko jest z hotelu bardzo blisko we wszystkie najważniejsze punkty zawodów ale też hotel oferuje w dniu zawodów śniadania od 5:30 co jest bardzo pomocne dla zawodników.

Localização é fantástica e o Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Quarto muito escuro, não arrumaram o quarto conforme solicitado, um quarto para uma familia de 4 pessoas com bom tamanho mas muito mal aproveitado e muito empoeirado. Depois das 23h não consegue pedir nem uma água. Os funcionários parecem estar infelizes com seus trabalhos.
