Cons:

Schon beim ewig langen Check in beschlich uns ein ungutes Gefühl. Wir erhielten dann auch nicht das reservierte Timmer. Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer war schmutzig, der Boden zum Teil mit Tape überklebt und die Ameisenstrasse ging quer durch das Zimmer. Sofa und Stühle hatten Schmutzflecken. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse unter jeder Sau!

Over rated hotel, far nicer places to stay
Pros:

The literature about this hotel tells a good story but the reality is it is over rated and over priced for a very ordinary hotel.

Cons:

My room was basic, not cleaned, dust under the bed, broken shower with no view. I think all rooms in the hotel are the same

Location is perfect, staff is nice, breakfast is very good

Room was full of ants, smeling mold, and dirty; indoor pool area small. Room service was awful, 1 hour to send food to the room.
