Highly Recommended! A fantastic stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen. The hotel did an amazing job fulfilling my room preferences. Special thanks to the service team on the 95th floor for their outstanding hospitality, and the Butler team for their professional support. The breakfast was incredibly rich with plenty of choices. A truly premium experience that I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Shenzhen, but what truly made it exceptional was the service from Soman Rana. When we first arrived, we realized we didn’t yet have local currency to pay our taxi driver. Soman immediately stepped in and handled the situation with such calm professionalism, which was an enormous relief after a long travel day. Beyond that, he shared thoughtful local recommendations and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in a city that was completely new to us throughout our stay. That kind of attentiveness makes all the difference when you’re adjusting to a new place. We’re incredibly grateful for his kindness and hospitality which set the tone for our entire stay.

Breathtaking views, very luxurious room and attentive courteous service. Although the hotel is not in the business or cultural center it is easy to grab a taxi and ride 15/20 minutes. Worth it as the hotel dominates its surroundings, no other very high tower nearby which means that the view is unobstructed.

I’ve heard for the sweet service, the Butler service. And they aced it. Thank you very much for the kindest assistance upon my very first visit. From the beginning, warm greeting & all rounded check-in service provided by Ms. Savannah Yu. Also butler service by Mr. Jay Chen, raising my hotel experience, offering me all-round and thoughtful advice initiatively.

I enjoyed staying at the St. Regis Shenzhen so much. Especially, Ms. Lieu, a membership manager, was very helpful. Thanks to her heartwarming help, I could have a relaxing stay and a wonderful moment. The St.Regis Shenzhen is truly luxurious resort in the center of Shenzhen.

The staff were lovely, especially Dylan from The Social. Josie from the Drawing Room was also super friendly. Food was amazing, we had buffet breakfast but also ordered a la carte for dinner one of the nights.

Perfect stay in the heart of Shenzhen. The St Regis welcomed us warmly and made my stay with my family extra special. Butler Faust and Heather, as well as the rest of the team that we met were exceptionally kind and generous. Every request was taken care of right away. It was truly a relaxing vacation. The champagne sabrage in the evening was a unique experience that we’ll treasure. We also had breakfast and lunch at the hotel which was delicious! I can wholeheartedly recommend the St Regis Shenzhen and looking forward to staying there again!
