The St. Regis Shenzhen

Great Location, close to Metro System, fantastic view on the Skyline.

The views and the incredible breakfast, this was the most varied we have ever experienced. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool area was also luxurious.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis Shenzhen and overall it was a unique and memorable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located above KK One Mall, which made dining extremely easy with plenty of food options just downstairs. It’s also only a few metro stops away from some well-known street food areas, so exploring local cuisine was very convenient.

One of the highlights is definitely the height of the property. The hotel occupies floors above the 75th level, with the swimming pool located on the 75th floor. Staying at such an altitude offers a very cool experience and impressive views of the city.

Breakfast had a great selection with a wide variety of choices. However, the overall service could be improved. Some of the chefs at the live cooking stations appeared unhappy, and at times seemed irritated when taking orders (for example, when requesting freshly made rice rolls). It didn’t quite reflect the warm hospitality you would expect from an elite hotel. Similarly, some of the servers seemed rushed and did not always allow guests to pass first. While I understand that breakfast can be busy, service etiquette is especially important in a luxury property.

The pool staff could also improve their approach, as they came across as somewhat rigid toward children.

That said, I would like to sincerely compliment the floor butlers, especially Kimi and Eddie. They provided excellent service and made the stay very comfortable. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly elevated the experience.

Overall, staying at this iconic high-rise hotel was a cool and memorable experience. With some refinements in service consistency, it could easily match the impressive standard set by its facilities and views.

The view is really nice, service is wonderful definitely 10 out of 10, at 1830 we attended a party at the lobby, jack Xiong and butler Mia took us a wonderful picture. Nice experience! Hotel is connected to mrt which is convenient. The weather today is cloudy and the view at 96th floor is beautiful. We will definitely come visit again.

The St. Regis Shenzhen has a great view. The hotel staff are very attentive and welcoming. There are many restaurants nearby. The dedicated butlers, Jack Xiong and Eddie, provided exceptionally warm and attentive service, which I greatly appreciated. They proactively offered drinks and other services.

Best hotel and spa , hotel was clean and the service was impeccable

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The loyalty manager Crystal is excellent. She reached out before arrival and proactively offered generous room upgrades along with access to 100th floor dining. Fantastic view offered by the deluxe room. While checking out, the butler supervisor Jack provided excellent assistances and warm greetings. All the small details are well thought through by Crystal, Jack and the team. Will definitely come back for another stay if possible.

We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Shenzhen, but what truly made it exceptional was the service from Soman Rana. When we first arrived, we realized we didn’t yet have local currency to pay our taxi driver. Soman immediately stepped in and handled the situation with such calm professionalism, which was an enormous relief after a long travel day. Beyond that, he shared thoughtful local recommendations and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in a city that was completely new to us throughout our stay. That kind of attentiveness makes all the difference when you’re adjusting to a new place. We’re incredibly grateful for his kindness and hospitality which set the tone for our entire stay.

Breathtaking views, very luxurious room and attentive courteous service. Although the hotel is not in the business or cultural center it is easy to grab a taxi and ride 15/20 minutes. Worth it as the hotel dominates its surroundings, no other very high tower nearby which means that the view is unobstructed.
