Pros:

The quietness and my wife is still telling everyone how she slept so comfortably on the mattress.

Cons:

If the TV were mounted on the wall it be more comfortable to view from bed.

Pros:

The lodge was a short distance from town and very quiet. It was a good location to hit many of the hiking trails and sites in the area.

Cons:

Our room was sufficient, however the toilet did not work well...you had to hold the handle down until it was done flushing. There was not a table near a plug so it was difficult to plug in your phones. The biggest issue is that our room was never cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. On our 2nd day I had put the 'do not disturb' sign out as we had clean towels, the 3rd & 4th days we came back late afternoon and our room was still not cleaned. I had to find the housekeeper and get fresh towels and ask her to take our dirty towels and trash. Also the lodge did not provide breakfast, however they did have coffee, snack bars, yogurt, and cheese sticks. That wasn't clear when we booked so I brought all those things with me.

Great, cozy, unique lodge and perfect for our stay!
Pros:

Beautiful lodge and comfortable amenities. Great location.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the front door of the lodge stayed unlocked throughout the night without anyone on site. Would have felt safer if it was locked and could be accessed with a code by those staying.

The front desk staff was amazingly kind. She showed us some local spots we should check out. She also was nice and asked
Pros:

It was nice and quiet. Had a beautiful view and the fire pit made quite the nice late night hang out with my husband. The options for mini cabins also caught my interest.

Cons:

The worst thing was possibly was the walls seemed a little thin but that was hardly noticeable.

A calming relaxing experience
Pros:

The room and actually location of the lodge was beautiful. The seating area was very clean as we're the rooms and for the most part it was quiet. We never met any workers except the maid who was very nice but all check in and out was online which was strange for me. There was a very nice little coffee bar with snacks and quick microwave breakfast if you wanted it and they had board games and it was very close to Helen which was a huge plus, if we do decide to stay in Helen again here is definitely where we will stay.

Cons:

If you like to check in person to person they did not have that when I was there it was all online and they only had stairs to get to the rooms, which for my sister and I two able bodied people was alright. But if you had someone in a wheel chair or was unable to climb many stairs this might not be for you, they are narrow and steep and it was 2 flights .
