Not at all like the description on Booking.Com
Pros:

Not really anything

Cons:

The first day we had to call the number on the office door to see if we could get the cigarettes or cigars ashes cleaned off the balcony. We were told that housekeeping had left the property. We had to locate a broom and clean the balcony ourselves. Couldn’t use jacuzzi bath it was dirty tile around the top is cracked and discussing dirty the jets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Over all the property was not well maintained and looks run down. We were very disappointed that we chose to stay here.

Overall, we had a fun trip and it was a convenient place to stay for all the surrounding attractions.
Pros:

The property was somewhat exclusive. It was nicely decorated.

Cons:

The house was full of small bugs that were on the kitchen counter and the bathroom counter. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. There was food under the kitchen cabinet and the rug was very dirty.

Cabin 22 is a highly misleading, unsanitary, and hazardous property that completely traumatized my children and ruined o
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this stay was the location. The property is surrounded by nice greenery and is conveniently situated within a 10-minute drive of downtown Helen.

Cons:

We stayed in Cabin 22, and it was an absolute nightmare. The entire cabin had a powerful, overwhelming odor of dog urine that made my children physically sick. The sofa was completely unsanitary, covered in visible wet stains, and smelled terrible. To make matters worse, the cabin was infested with bugs, and we even discovered a dead scorpion inside the property near the balcony door. The environment was so hostile and terrifying that my 4-year-old was too scared to go near the furniture or beds, forcing me to hold her and sleep sitting up in a chair for most of the night.

Furthermore, the online listing is highly misleading. It seems all of the photos on the website were captured when the property was first built because Cabin 22 looks completely run-down and nothing like those pictures today. I cannot speak for the other cabins on the property, but this specific unit delivered a severely sub-standard experience that completely ruined our family vacation and my wife's birthday celebration.
