Central location, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed two nights and had a late flight back to Europe the same day we checked out.
We left our luggage in the store room after check out and after some hours in city we were able to come back and relax at the poolarea where we also had access to bathroom and a quick shower. Amirah and Nadya were very helpful and even borrowed us towels for that purpose. Great value for us 😄.

Great location - could walk to Clarke Quay. Lovely refreshing rooftop pool. Included buffet breakfast had a variety of Western & Asian style foods to choose from.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione dell' hotel e la gentilezza dello staff in particolare Justin, molto disponibile e professionale...ci ha prenotato anche il taxi per l'aeroporto senza nessun problema.

Cons:

La stanza è molto piccola, ho acquistato quella con la finestra ma questa, non si poteva aprire. Il bagno minuscolo, devo essere onesta il prezzo che ho pagato a notte era troppo alto per il tipo di stanza, tra l'altro due giorni dopo la mia prenotazione, ho constatato che il prezzo era sceso della metà. La piscina al ,6 piano è davvero scomoda non c'è spazio per mettere un asciugamano sul pavimento e dalle foto sembra differente. L'unico vantaggio è che era a pochi passi dalla metro .

Horrible salle de bains : pas de receveur donc obliger de racler l'eau au fur et à mesure de la prise de douche. Inondation garantie ! Rien pour poser quoique ce soit dans la salle de bains. 1ère chambre minuscule. Nous avons changé le lendemain. La chambre était un peu mieux. La photo "booking" ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons eu comme chambre

Pros:

The front desk staff were great, ever so helpful. Big shoutout to Natasha and Darroy. Location is amazing. Walking distance to many landmarks, or nearby MRT.

Cons:

The rooms got cleaned so late during the day, that we often had to miss out as we came back from a day of sightseeing and needed the room to relax in and/or get ready for going out in the evening.
