Pros:

Location, so centre, walking distances to everything esp. restaurants. Staff esp in reception name Justin so helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Great value for money. Great staff. We had a very enjoyable stay thank you.
Pros:

The fact that we were able to change our rooms to rooms with a window. These rooms were so much nicer.
The pool was lovely (it could do with more sunbeds and possibly a sun umbrella)
The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Notably: AMIRAH, NADYA, NAN, NATASHA, YOKE LING
It was very very convenient for buses and the MRT. The Fairprice in Chinatown Point was easy to get to as well.
The lifts worked quickly - very little waiting time. The showers and hot water were good.

Cons:

We didn't like the rooms without a window. The wall next to the bed appeared to have black mould growing on it. The rooms smelt mouldy and were a bit like a prison cell! The carpets looked a bit tired as did the decorations in the rooms. Not much space to relax in. Not much space to hang your clothes etc even in the room with the window.
We stayed for two weeks which is probably longer than most so this was a little difficult.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Koffer konnte man auf dem Boden, neben den Betten, nicht wirklich aufklappen. Dusche war im WC integriert.

All the staff are amazing. Super friendly, professional, helpful and polite.
Pros:

The location was great and really good value.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom. It’s a wet room so not many hanging places without getting your stuff wet.
