Jederzeit wieder, freundlich, sauber, toller Pool, tolles Personal.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool ist super.
An die Kombination Dusche/Toilette mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen ist dann aber akzeptabel.
Leider sind die Zimmer nicht für zwei Koffer ausgelegt, aber die Vorteile überwiegen deutlich.
Das Frühstück wechselte jeden Tag und hat uns gefallen.
Für drei Nächte in Singapur eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Zu wenig Verstau- und Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Treppen zum Hoteleingang.

I will never book with Ibis again
Pros:

Although I had prepaid for two rooms, I didn’t get to see them. Only thing I saw was front of house and that was very bad

Cons:

There was an issue over the date I had booked and paid for. I thought it had been changed - but the person I was in touch with didn’t think I had changed it. It shouldn’t have been an issue on the day as the hotel had extra rooms available that I could use. However, the young boy at Reception had no authority to give me these rooms (that I had paid for) and the only way to secure two rooms was to book again and pay an even more expensive rate for the rooms. I was embarrassed in front of my family as this was the only accommodation I booked as part of a month of travelling. IBIS did agree to refund me, but because I didn’t pay again and stay with them, it appears that they are keeping my money. Disgraceful for a hotel chain in Singapore with rooms available. We only needed the rooms from 4pm to 3am so we went elsewhere that was less expensive. I’m so disappointed with the outcome. 11 hours accommodation in Singapore turned out to be quite the expense - and it dint have to be.

Can highly recommend
Pros:

Reception staff polite, respectful and obliging.
The lady in house keeping was friendly and helpful.
Room was small but clean. Beds were comfortable.
Perfect location. Few minutes walk to Chinatown, Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and MRT.
