The king room is very spacious and the kingsize bed superbly comfortable. Windows facing out over greenery add to privacy. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was very welcome. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe, the fridge with two bottles of water most welcome. Continental breakfast was also sufficient with superb croissants and a reasonable selection of other stuff. Didn't try the full English.
The rooms and surroundings are now showing some small effects of age and wear and tear over at least a decade. Nothing serious but a few things would benefit from some remedial/ preventative attention, especially in the bathroom. One slight concern was that the heated towel rail got very hot to the touch and the shower tray required careful negotiation when wet.

Nice friendly pub with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was really good with a choice of continental or cooked. Ample free parking at the back. Nice location to visit stunning Cotswalds villages.
Room smelled of damp, the bathroom fan wasn't working, several tiles were broken, overall a bit fusty.
The Five Alls is a great country pub with rooms . The rooms are spacious ,clean and well equipped.. The staff are cheerful and attentive.The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We stayed in a Garden Room. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need for our overnight stay. The included toileteries were excellent quality and extra's such as milk and water in the mini fridge were much appreciated. The bed was so comfy and cosy. The room was decorated to a high standard and it was lovely having our own private patio area. The breakfast was continental but included home made porridge with honey and sour dough toast which was exceptional.

Lovely old Cotswolds pub in need of a lot of TLC. Position good, Rob was a great host. Room was big & well equipped.
As stated, pub needs a lot of TLC & in some places a good clean. Water stains in bathroom, cobwebs & dust in pub. Fireplace needed cleaning out. Broken slabs in garden. Food at dinner was lukewarm but Rob apologised & gave us a free dessert
2nd visit....lovely host and staff , great food. Lovely ambience very calming. No log fire this time because of the warm weather. Backstairs could do with a little attention. Lovely room with just a few with just a little TLC required. Very busy the one night and put pressure on staff and delays on service

The croissants were good. Quiet room & comfy bed.
We were kept waiting nearly half hour because the room wasn’t ready at allocated time. I know they were having staff issues that day, but another couple were offered a complimentary drink because they had been kept waiting, so I said where is our complimentary drink? Then they gave us a capuccino. We thought the breakfast included cooked not just continental. The cooked was expensive for just one of each item. Also printed on the menu that you couldn’t swap out any items, so this, as well as the price, put us off ordering, as my husband doesn’t like mushrooms and would have rather had an extra hash brown instead. Not enough choice of pastries, only croissants and not enough cereal choices, would have liked muesli.
