They moved me to three rooms less than 24 hours… , it is a place to part not to rest, the noise from the disco bar kept us up, the second room, bathroom fixtures malfunctions and
the night manager lacks professional maturity to deal with challenges.

Worst experience, worst hotel staff I ever talk, this hotel is good for nothing so as hotel owner
Pros:

Hotel staff called us +919314501591 and cancelled our booking and said your rooms are non AC though we booked seperate rooms instead according to our comfort. The hotel staff give us option to switch with a single 2 double bed room. After we said no on this, hotel staff rudely answered us no room available now. I said I'll complain on you then staff says do whatever you want to do.

Cons:

Cancel the room at the time we are arrived at hotel around 9 though we have already mentioned the timings as well. No prior information.
Sell our booked rooms to other with higher price

便利で清潔感のあるホテルではあるが、ホスピタリティを世界基準、日本基準で期待したらがっかりする。
Pros:

ロケーションが駅近くで便利。ホテルの外装も内装もかわいらしかった。ホテルにレストランがついているのは便利。

Cons:

スタッフの対応がぞんざいで丁寧さは一切ない。トラベルデスクから手配してもらったタクシードライバーは最低！行きたい場所を指定して価格交渉したのに、実際乗ったらピンクシティには追加料金がかかるとか、今来た道を戻りたくないとか言われ、とにかく不愉快な思いをした。このことをホテルスタッフに告げても言い訳ばかり。レストランで、辛い物が苦手と言っても、全くリクエストを聞いてもらえず、私は食べることが出来なかった。ジャイプールという町は気に入っただけに、残念な滞在になった。ホスピタリティを期待したらがっかりする。
