About Meal in Sura, even complaining about meal as very spicy staff replied that its very normal in chilli paneer even not checked or verified.

Not welcomed - no need to go again.

Shower was warm and powerful

Cons:

Welcoming was extremely poor and not friendly.While Registration I was feeling like a criminal.
Offered Room was not acceptable ,had to change the Room and had to pay more.
Towels and Bedsheet were very old and had spots.
