Pros:

Cocroaches in the room , room not clean , this was the worst room in my entire trip to delhi agra and jaipur for 5 days

Cons:

Room , cleanliness, congested , bathroom, no kettle , gave water in some jug i was afraid to drink that water still got typhoid after the trip not sure of the source though

Pros:

Small suite room, even if we took the best one. They took money for a good room and gave us a room with no breathing space and a wall right next to the window. No toothbrush sets given for the family, only one was provided. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very disappointing stay — wrong room provided, poor staff behavior, overpriced food

Cons:

The room shown during booking was not the same as the one provided at check-in. The room we received felt more like a service room, which was disappointing for a couple traveling. The check-in process was very slow, the reception staff was not welcoming, and I even had to carry our luggage myself. It felt like they were accommodating us unwillingly.

Another issue was that the restaurant was not working, yet there was a sticker on the wall saying outside food was not allowed. On top of that, the food prices at the bar were extremely high — for example, veg biryani ₹480 and a bowl of dal ₹370, which feels unreasonable for regular travelers. The water provided in the room was just tap water, and when we asked for RO drinking water we were told it was chargeable.

One more concerning incident happened at night when a waiter came to our room asking to borrow money urgently, saying he would return it in the morning. When I asked the reception about it during checkout, they said the staff member would only come at 3 PM while our checkout was at 11 AM. Despite informing the reception early in the morning, they took hours to handle the issue and I had to stand at the reception for around 30–40 minutes before the matter was resolved.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to poor management and unprofessional staff behavior. I recommend future guests confirm room details and facilities before checking in.
