The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re so close to a few very strategic locations, including downtown and the three different ferries, to name some.

Great service, staff was very knowledgeable and responsive. Rooms were clean and air con was wonderful

We arrived late, around 10 PM. Check in was easy and the room was clean. The room was warm, as the A/C was off when we arrived and it took a couple of hours for the room to cool off. But overall it was good for the price.

The location was perfect as it’s in the Parque los Fundadores and close to restaurants and the ferry. I got there early and was able to leave my luggage while I took a day trip to Cozumel. I was traveling alone with my toddler and felt very safe. The staff was great in helping me get a very early morning shuttle scheduled to Cancun (separate price).

My second stay and I still love this hotel. This time I brought my husband and he loved it too. Clean, comfortable, safe, great location, friendly staff. As others reported, the neighbor dogs bark at night but I slept fine with noise cancelling air pods and all cities have noise! Air conditioning and mini-fridge worked great. The ocean front rooms are with the extra cost. You won’t get this view at this price point anywhere else in town.

GREAT Location to everything! The staff was great and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel is a little dated but I would book another stay there. The view was nice but the beach is full of seaweed, ALOT of it, so bad that it can't be kept, this is the entire shoreline and the smell is pretty bad.

Our second time staying here. Central located, so easy to walk around from there. Next to beach and ferry dock to Cozumel. If you are driving, plan to walk far to a parking location.

The place is conveniently located within 1-2 min walking distance to the beach, cozumel ferry, quinta avenida, parque fundadores, Ado bus station, and taxi stand. Fruit vendors are just across the hotel, as well as other shops. There is a 7-11 convenient store around the corner. Our room (junior suite) is on the 2nd floor—has a refrigerator, kick ass size smart TV, coffee maker. Amenities also include 2 small bottles daily, toiletries. Daily housekeeping. The towels are a bit dingy. The bed is somewhat hard. The wifi works in the room— there was a period of disconnection but it was resolved by a re-boot. There is no phone in the room to get in touch with reception so you have to get down there if needed. The room is very spacious and bright. There are Convenient outlets to charge your mobile devices. It has a balcony with 2 chairs and a small Table. It has a small pool. The hotel is Very clean. The staff are friendly.
I would have given this hotel a higher rate but unfortunately, there was no water pressure for the shower or hot water on our last night and the next morning. We did speak to the reception but we were told that the maintenance is not available
until 9am which did not help because we had an early flight. Hopefully they got it fixed for the next
guests.

I love Casa Melissa however, the wifi on my room did not work most the stay and I needed to do some work. I will bring my own hot spot next time. I love the location and friendly staff!

Had all the simple basic necessities. Bed is very hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring rather than a mattress. On our last night and day of departure we had no hot water for a basic shower. Otherwise it is very clean and the location is perfect!

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff is quite pleasant. Highly recommended, 5 stars

This hotel was ideally located from the bus station (partly why I chose it) and right on the sea front. I had a sea view which I think from memory I paid for. It was a decent sized clean room.

The hotel reception looked after my bags when I arrived as I was early.

All good, would stay again if I was passing thought.
