Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Waldorf Astoria diesmal enttäuschend. Ich bin seit Jahren Stammgast, aber seit Corona hat das Hotel leider stark an Qualität verloren. Wir durften erst nach der Check-in-Zeit ins Zimmer, Mitarbeiter kamen mehrfach ohne zu klopfen herein, das Aufräumen wurde trotz Wunsch nicht erledigt und nachts wurde die Klimaanlage offenbar zur Stromersparnis ausgeschaltet. Dazu kam ein Wasserschaden über der Decke im Bad. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich aber den Fahrservice – die Mitarbeiter dort waren wie immer sehr freundlich und professionell.
