Tolles Zimmer, Wunsch nach oberem Stockwerk wurde erfüllt für unsere Hochzeitsnacht, Aufmerksamkeit und persönliche Karte des Hauses. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten eine schöne Nacht, weil es für uns eine Geschichte hatte, sie dort zu verbringen.

Cons:

Preis Leistung absolut nicht zutreffend.

Spa Bereich: benutzte Taschentücher lagen im Liegen Bereich, Whirlpool nicht funktionsfähig, Eismaschine nicht funktionsfähig stattdessen als Mülleimer genutzt, alle Handtuch Fächer leer. Außen Bereich etwas unordentlich.

Frühstück hatte ich in besserer Erinnerung, hochwertiger und mehr Auswahl. Aber ist auch schon einige Jahre her, als wir hier waren. Durch den Umbau scheint es auch ein paar Änderungen zu geben.

In der Bar war sehr unangenehmes Publikum von ausserhalb, dadurch auch überfüllt und für uns nicht nutzbar.

Pros:

This Hotel is my no 1 hotel in Berlin - I have been there many times and I keep comming back - excelent lotion super close to Banhhof Zoo - the staff is absolutely outstanding - front desk, door men and the breakfast staff and the rooms is beautiful and super quiet . So I will come back in June again :-) I will also use the time to recommend a restaurant named Buschbecks - 3 stops away with U2 and short walking distance - super food -go there and you will love it make sure to reserve a table by email.

Extremely Disappointing Spa Experience
Pros:

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a weekend in Berlin. While the hotel itself is somewhat dated in places, it was generally fine, and breakfast as well as the staff were pleasant.

The spa, however, was a major disappointment and far below the standard one would expect from a five‑star hotel. Several facilities were out of order, including the whirlpool, the steam room, the ice machine, and the counter‑current system in the pool.

Cleanliness was also a serious issue:
The sauna floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, the loungers were dirty, and used towels were left everywhere.
Both showers were grimy, partly broken, and lacked refilled shower gel and shampoo. Fresh towels were not available anywhere in the spa.

On top of that, the staff appeared largely uninterested and offered no service or assistance.
Overall, this was the worst spa experience we’ve ever had in a high‑end hotel. Unfortunately, this visit left such a negative impression that we won’t be choosing this property again on future trips to Berlin.

Pros:

Absolutely a great hotel with a great location and some friendly, professional and staff go above and beyond to made sure your stay is perfect.

Steven at the check in was perfect and recognised my by loyalty with the Hilton and make a smooth experience.
When arrived to my room I was very impressed with my raspberry tart waiting for me which that was a surprise.
Sandra show me around at the Spa and make sure I had a good experience.
Alexandra and Daryna were always very good at breakfast which is always important as it is the start of the day :-).
Christain at the concierge did a great job on suggesting to get my flower delivery at the hotel and suggested my room for the evening.
Nicole also surprised at reception with knowing what I wanted at reception on my 2nd day.
Housekeeping are also doing to amazing job so well done all and keep the good job.

The room were spacious with an amazing view the the Zoo.

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin and had a truly world-class experience, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by Christina Schnagerl.

What stood out most was Christina’s incredible helpfulness with a logistical challenge I faced. She went above and beyond to assist me in coordinating the shipping of parcels back to China—a task that could have been quite stressful without her professional guidance and efficiency.

It is rare to find a representative who handles guest requests with such genuine care and attention to detail. Her dedication transformed my stay into something seamless and memorable. The Waldorf Astoria Berlin is lucky to have such a dedicated professional on their team.

I cannot thank Christina enough for her kindness and impeccable service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality in Berlin!

Es war gut, aber von einem 5 Sternehotel erwartet man mehr.
Pros:

Lage und Frühstück top. Sehr schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Unsere Dusche ist übergelaufen und der ganze Sanitärbereich war nass. Trotz zweimaligem reklamieren, konnte es nicht behoben werden. Wir waren 3 Tage da, 01-03.03.2026 und zwei Tage wurde der Pool gesperrt. Angeblich Servicearbeiten.
