Δεν δούλευε το κλιματιστικό και η τηλεόραση και το προσωπικό αδιάφορο.

Grzyb na suficie w łazience, zimna woda pod prysznicem, urwana zasłonka i niegrzeczna recepcjonistka, ktora twierdziła że dziś nic nie można naprawić i zmienic dopiero jutro. Następnego dnia dostalam pokoj w którym nie działał tv, po zgloszeniu kazano mi się przenieść do pokoju obok w którym nie działał i tv i klimatyzacja. Pewnie gdybym dalej męczyła temat to by się okazało że w następnym pokoju tez cos nie działa. Niestety kasy nie mogłam odzyskać. To co jeszcze moze byc trudne do zaakceptowania: pościel i reczniki zuzyte i sprane. Deski klozetowe nie pasujące rozmiałem do muszli i brudne smietnik z połamanym pedałem tak ze.nie ma szans żeby otworzyc śmietnik. Na koniec jeszcze się trafi zarozumiały szef kuchni który mocno tnie koszty i na śniadanie jedynie kawa rozpuszczalna jak ci nie odpowiada to możesz wg tego pana wyjść i jakoś nie bardzo przejmuje się ze klient juz zaplacil za śniadanie. Okna w sniadaniowni i winda nie były myte od nie wiadomo kiedy. Odrzucające.

קיבלנו חדרים שהחימום לא עבד, אחרי הרבה זמן וויכול מצאו לנו רק חדר אחד עם חימום. היה קר בלילה.
הצוות היה מאד לא נעים . היינו עדים לריב בין פקידת קבלית לאשה במטבח בקולניות ובהחלט היה מביך.

Δεν λειτουργούσε η θέρμανση και δεν μας ενημέρωσαν.
Επίσης οι πετσέτες ήταν τρύπιες και τα σεντόνια λερωμένα.
Μας πρότειναν να πάμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο αλλά η κατάσταση ήταν ίδια
