Das Hotel liegt etwas den Hang hoch aber dafür ist man in nicht mal 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Sarajevo gelaufen.
10m vom Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück schmeckt gut.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It's just few steps away from Baščaršija which is wonderful for people who come to Sarajevo for vacation and stay there for few nights only. The breakfast in the hotel is very authentic (with crepes, uštipci and homemade jam, sesional fruits and local salami).
However, we faced issues with family room. The mattresses are really not ok, also it's in the basement with a lot of kitchen noises. We complained and the next day on our departure, hotel manager was exceptionally kind - he was even willing to refund us the stay. On the other hand, we saw other rooms, and they are extremely beautiful. It's an authentic hotel with kind staff. Recommended!
