Excellent value and wonderful staff. Location is very near old town and convenient for sightseeing. We had two rooms and it worked well for our family for two nights.

Old Balkan charm, but in a serious need of maintenance.
Pros:

It's a charming area of the city with great views from almost everywhere you go.

Cons:

Neither of our rooms hade any view to speak of, despite all rooms claiming mountain and city view. In the first room, appliances were almost falling off of the walls, the night lights both lacked lightbulbs and me being pretty tall, couldn't stand upright in most of the room, including the shower and toilet. When we changed rooms things improved somewhat.
Breakfast is included, but not very appealing. Honestly, don't bother with having breakfast at the hotel, if you won't put any effort into it.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It's just few steps away from Baščaršija which is wonderful for people who come to Sarajevo for vacation and stay there for few nights only. The breakfast in the hotel is very authentic (with crepes, uštipci and homemade jam, sesional fruits and local salami).
However, we faced issues with family room. The mattresses are really not ok, also it's in the basement with a lot of kitchen noises. We complained and the next day on our departure, hotel manager was exceptionally kind - he was even willing to refund us the stay. On the other hand, we saw other rooms, and they are extremely beautiful. It's an authentic hotel with kind staff. Recommended!

Čistoča, udobje katastrofalno. V sobi je bila plesen ter smrdelo je po vlagi. Ni bilo brisač za tuširanje, prevleke na posteljah so bile umazane/poflekane. Bilo nam je zagotovljeno parkirno mesto pa ga nismo imeli, morali smo se znajti sami.

Lokacija je perfektna savrsena za obilazak grada.
Osobolje je korektno i predato svom poslu koji obavljaju tako da odnos cene i kvaliteta je sasvim zadovoljavajuci.

Cons:

Parking ako imate srece mozete se parkirari na platou ako ne onda u strani pod uglom od 75stepeni.
Moglo bi da u apartmanu postoje obicne 2 case za vodu.

Das personal war unglaublich freundlich! Besonders der junge mann ist sehr professionell und kompetent.preis ist auch sehr gut für sarajevo. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und hat gut geschmeckt ABER....

Jetzt kommt das aber leider, unser zimmer war etwas kalt, die heizung war sehr schwach. Sie haben uns einen Heizstrahler hingestellt, dann war es warm. Vielen Dank dafür. Es gibt eine klima, mit dieser kann man auch theoretisch heizen, aber der Körper trocknet aus, mein hals tat so weh! Also Familien mit baby oder kleinkind hätte es schwer gehabt. Bitte wählt meiner Meinung nach nicht eines der zimmer oben! Da sehr sehr kleine fenster inkl Dachschräge, wenn jemand Panikattacken hat oder platzangst schläft nicht gut. Dadurch das viele mit klima geheizt haben war auch die ganze erste nach viele Geräusche. Schade eigentlich weil das hotel ist in einer sehr guten lage, das Person ist freundlich, sauber war es auch. Nur die zimmer oben sind nicht so meins, mein mann zum Beispiel hat es nichts ausgemacht. Dass die Fenster klein warn. Also je nach dem.
