Lovely hotel and even lovelier hotel staff ✨
Pros:

The hotel staff is the biggest plus, they are so so nice and lovely, always happy to help. The rooms are also not bad, everything was clean and the beds are comfy. The location is also super great, close to everything we wanted to see and the city centre itself. The hotel has its own parking. The only thing that went wrong was WiFi, it simply didn't work on our floor, which wasn't that big of a deal for us. It worked just fine down at the breakfast area. 🌼

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working on the 3rd floor.

Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı güzel ve dolu doluydu, lokasyon şehre çok yakındı.

Cons:

Yatak ve odadaki tüm mobilyalar çok eskiydi. Yatağın döşeği o kadar eskiydi ki sırtımda ızgara izi oluştu. Ortak alanda zaman geçirmek için konforlu oturma alanları oluşturulmalı.

Breakfast buffet had a plenty of choice.

Cons:

Parking was not easy. The parking spaces nearby tended to fill up, so ended up with the most awkward spot to park. Up a hill from the city center.

Pros:

Kleines aber feines Hotel ohne Luxus das einzige an Luxus ist der 4-5 Minuten Weg in die Stadt.

Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück morgens hat alles was man braucht.

Es war ein angehnemer Aufenthalt im hotel und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat die heissen Tage in Sarajevo viel ertragbarer gemacht.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and beds are comfortable. Nice rooms.

Negative. Parts of it is run down. The shower cabin was broken and water everywhere. The breakfast was really bland. Lots of people said it was a great breakfast. If you think this breakfast is great then you never had a real hotel breakfast, that will blow you away 🌞

Right up the hill from city hall, this was the best place we could have imagined staying in Sarajevo
Pros:

The location is perfect, just up the hill from city hall, and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful we’ve met on our trip. We also liked the fact that our family got two bedrooms within our room.

Cons:

The parking spot was very difficult to get to with our big car, but we managed to get in in the end.

Nagyon jó helyen van, minden látnivalóhoz közel.

Nem.volt.melegvíz,látszott,hogy nem fordítanak rá megfelelő figyelmet.Beázás nyomok,összetákolt berendezés.pl.van éjjeli lámpa,de nem lehet csatlakoztatni ,mert nincs dugalj.
Nagyon kicsi a mosdó,alig tudsz benne mozogni,illetve kihívás benne minden,nagyon kényelmetlen.Átutazóban voltunk,arra jó volt.
