Pros:

フロントでワンちゃんがお出迎えしてくれました☺️
朝食が7:00からですが、7:15 テッシュ(Täsch)発の電車に乗って、7:52 ツェルマット(Zermatt)発のGlacier Expressに乗る予定でした。前日の夜にフロントスタッフに相談したところ、7:00オープンのために少し前から準備しているので、6:40に来てくれたらパンなどの簡単なものは出せるとのことでした。朝食スタッフへの申し送りもしてくれて、スムーズに朝食会場に入ることができました。
ちなみに、実際に行ってみたらほぼ全種類の朝食が用意されていて、美味しい朝食をいただくことができました。(美味しすぎて皿に大量に盛ってしまった…)
設備は古さが目立つところもありますが、優しいスタッフばかりでとても快適に過ごせました。
アメニティは少ないので、気になる人は持参した方が良いです。(エコで良いと思います)

Pros:

The staff were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Secure garage was a real plus. Within easy reach of the train station to get into Zermatt.

Cons:

Although within easy reach of the train station the noise of the trains was intrusive. Starting very early in the morning and running until very late. There was no evening meal available. There were restaurants within walking distance. A mix of fast food style and local food and Italian. For us the rooms in Switzerland are just so hot maybe that is just a personal thing. Other three star hotels we stayed in, in Switzerland also offered free T and coffee in the room. This was not an option here. We did get some T when we asked at reception though.

Prettig verblijf en goed ontbijt
Pros:

De ruime kamer die netjes schoon was en waar alles werkte. Ook prima bedden en een mooi uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op de bergen! En 's ochtends een goed verzorgd ontbijt dat goed werd aangevuld tot het einde. Personeel was niet overdreven hartelijk maar dat vond ik niet erg. En ze spreken daar wel veel talen!

Cons:

Dat er geen goede verduisterende gordijnen aanwezig waren. Slaapmasker is dus wel een aanrader als je niet 's ochtends vroeg wakker wilt worden. Er waren wel gordijnen maar het verduisterende gordijn was veel te kort voor het raam. Tip zou zijn om goede verduisterende gordijnen op te hangen, want dat was echt het enige minpunt van deze kamer.

Pros:

Zeer schoon en heerlijk ontbijt. Op loopafstand van het station. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Auto in de garage onder de locatie is top.

Gostei de tudo. Pertinho de Zermatt. O trem leva poucos minutos pra chegar lá. Staff super educado e atencioso. Camas confortáveis. E um café da manhã excelente!

Awful - go somewhere else
Pros:

It is well located for the Zermatt shuttle. It is clean.

Cons:

It is exceptionally noisy, both from the shuttle, which passes 15 metres from the room, but also internally. There’s very little evidence of soundproofing. As it’s primarily a transit hotel, it was incredibly noisy from 6am.

There was no bar or communal facilities available when I was here. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, instead you buy from a machine in reception. There’s no way to control room temperature, so it stays pretty hot all night.

I paid £140 for a single room, which represents abysmal value for money, EVEN for Switzerland!
