Excellent, well recommended to our friends.
Pros:

It was the location very near to the train station, the breakfast food was very good as well and most importantly the view was gorgeous

Cons:

Just some other guest was a bit to noisy in the middle of the night

TVs were not functional- we were not advised by staff until 2nd day. Not keen to try to fix situation/ refund partial amount

Pros:

Lovely hotel, excellent location and a beautiful village. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was nice and clea, excellent breakfast and the mountain views were 2nd to none. Would love to visit again

Great breakfast and warm welcome
Pros:

Staff were brilliant, the rooms were nice and warm and spacious. Loved having an outdoor balcony too! Breakfast variety was superb!

Top Lage, kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof / Zermatt, freundliche Mitarbeiter, funktionale und saubere Zimmer. Wellnessbereich hat positiv überrascht mit Sauna / Dampfbad und Whirlpool.

Pros:

Дуже чистий,та затишний готель. В номері було тепло, навіть жарковато. Сніданки смачні, думаю що кожному вони сподобались. Привітний персонал. Авто можно було залишити у підземному паркінгу після виселення до вечора.

Très Bien
Pros:

- parking couvert compris pendant le séjour et possibilité de rester garer quelques jours hors nuitées
- navettes disponible sur demande moins cher que le train pour se rendre et revenir de Zermatt
- super petit déjeuner
- personnel sympathique
- chambre propre et fonctionnelle avec une très jolie vue sur le Cervin

- dommage que l’espace wellness soit payant en supplément
