Un hôtel qui a largement dépassé mes attentes

Un hôtel qui a largement dépassé mes attentes !
Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été excellent, et l’établissement a largement dépassé mes attentes.

Le petit-déjeuner était bon et tout à fait satisfaisant compte tenu du prix et de la catégorie
de l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et la salle de bains disposait de tous les équipements essentiels, notamment des serviettes et un sèche-cheveux.

Le personnel était également très accueillant, sympathique et chaleureux. Les employés étaient toujours aimables et disponibles, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore pl
us agréable.

Un autre point particulièrement appréciable était le parking souterrain entièrement gratuit. Il dispose de quatre niveaux avec de très nombreuses places disponibles, ce qui est un véritable avantage pour les voyageurs en voiture.

L’hôtel propose également un service de navette en minibus entre l’établissement et Zermatt, dans les deux sens. Les tarifs sont très raisonnables : 6 CHF par trajet pour les adultes et 4 CHF pour les enfants. C’est un service très pratique e
t appréciable pour se rendre à Zermatt sans difficulté.

Dans l’ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une expérience très satisfaisante. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Cons:

Le seul petit inconvénient est le bruit du train, qui peut parfois être un peu élevé pendant la nuit, puisque certaines chambres, dont la nôtre, donnent directement sur la voie ferrée. Cependant, c’était tout à fait prévisible et le bruit restait raisonnable, sans être particulièrement dérangeant.
Un autre point à mentionner est l’interdiction d’utiliser une bouilloire électrique dans les chambres, sous peine d’une amende de 500 CHF. Toutefois, cela ne pose pas vraiment de problème, puisque des bouilloires sont mises gratuitement à disposition à la réception, ainsi qu’un four à micro-ondes, ce qui est très pratique.

À mon avis, il ne s’agit pas vraiment de défauts, mais plutôt de petits détails qui pourraient éventuellement gêner certains voyageurs. Personnellement, ils ne m’ont absolument pas dérangé et n’ont en rien affecté la qualité de mon séjour.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof damit in der perfekten Lage um einen Ausflug nach Zermatt zu machen.
Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption
Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön morgen gibst ein Gutes Frühstück
Kostenloses Parken in der Hotelgarage.

Pros:

Atendeu nossas expectativas! Funcionárias falavam portugês o que facilitou nosso check-in, além de serem muito atenciosas e educadas assim como os demais funcionários. Nos deram dicas e nos tiraram várias dúvidas. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto impecavel, confortável sem contar a vista maravilhosa que tivemos. Voltaríamos com certeza.
