Cons:

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room we received upon arrival. Our reservation clearly stated a room with one large bed and a sofa, but instead we were given a room with three small separate beds. Unfortunately, this room does not match our booking or expectations.

We also experienced difficulties communicating with the staff, as most employees do not speak English, except for the reception staff. This made it quite difficult to get information and assistance during our stay.

I hope this situation will be taken into consideration and that more attention will be paid in the future to ensuring that guests receive the room they booked, as well as improving communication with international guests.

Pros:

Что было хорошо:месторасположение, персонал,завтрак
Что было плохо:для такого большого отеля очень маленькая парковка, в номере пыль и грязь на подоконнике и поверхностях,матрасы не удобные(очень мягкие и мы скатывались во внутрь),занавески пыльный и грязные,окна открыть можно с трудом,а вечером и начало ночи спать не возможно из-за шума от людей которые приезжают специально на площадь перед отелем "потусить",администрация могла бы обратиться к полиции, чтобы не допускать этого,отдохнуть удавалось только к утру,ещё один минус-очень мало крючков в туалетной комнате

Wont choose the hotel again. As the receptionist first day was also impolite.
Pros:

Parking was included in the price.

Cons:

Didn't like that had to pay 20eur extra for the room change, as the standard room is very very very small and can't get to a closet normally. Also, I chose this particular hotel as a breakfast was included, in the end they said it is not (only extra 10 EUR per person). Also 'Spa' is on the pictures, however it is extra 40 EUR.
