Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Lage Nähe Hauptbahnhof in Ordnung, da zentral.

Wir hatten ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer, welches wirklich gut war - Betten in Ordnung, Badezimmer etwas klein, Ausstattung insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Achtung vor Benutzung der Tiefgarage, dies ist eine Herausforderung.

Beim Auffahren auf die Duplex-Rampe schleuderte eine Eisenplatte weg, sodass meine Frontstoßstange beschädigt wurde.
Antwort des Hotelpersonals: Sie haben dafür unterschrieben, dass die Benutzung der Tiefgarage auf eigene Gefahr erfolgt.
Trotzdem gesteht das Personal, dass eine Sanierung der Tiefgarage dringend notwendig ist.
Zumindest wurden mir die 20 Euro Parkgebühr erlassen.

Pros:

Toplage, nah zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Stachus. Sehr schönes helles und großes Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Terrasse und Frauenkirchenblick. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sensationell preiswert!

Я очень довольна.Мне всё понравилось. Из всех отелей, в которых я жила в Мюнхене ,этот очень чистый ,светлый и приятный. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Завтрак вкусный,сервировка отличная.,Светлый и чистый зал. Номера,чисто убраны .В номере Бутылка воды,и приветственная печенька.Что очень приятно.Очень хорошее расположение отеля,для меня персонально.В мой следующий визит ,в Мюнхен,я выберу ,этот отель. Если конечно будут свободные места:)Желаю сотрудникам отеля и дальше быть отзывчивыми и доброжелательными,успехов вам.

The hotel was pleasant overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the bathroom door was slightly broken. Breakfast was good, though not exceptional. Overall, a nice stay.
