The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was really nice and clean and comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends.
The sushi restaurant downstairs was also very good!
Only negatives were that the bathroom had visual privacy in the form of a sliding screen, but almost no sound privacy. So you might not want to share the room with someone you're not already very comfortable with!
And there was a bar by the hotel playing very loud music until around midnight on the Friday night.
Top location! Picturesque environment. All distances are walkable. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Good breakfast, enough variety and as much coffee as you want. Clean room and excellent bed.
The room is a bit tight and has only one chair. A second chair in a room for 2 people could easily be created with a smaller desk.
Inconvenient is that the shower is not inside the bathroom.
Friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome through our stay. Our room was small, but adequate & comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The location cannot be beat - we were close to everything in Old Town.

We found the glass doors for the bathroom in room 43 and the glass door for the toilet and bathroom in the second bedroom, 42 a little strange and uncomfortable. This meant we had no privacy when using the bathroom facilities!

Very beautiful hotel , and of course thanks to Julia and Giulia for their incredible helps.
Cute boutique hotel in the heart of old town. My room was quite small but functional. Had a window to the Main Street and no issue with the noise. Complementary minibar is a bonus. Clean and comfy bed. Débora from reception was helpful and kind
I was expecting the bar be open until later. Also reception closes at 10pm but they send you the instructions to easily get the key and to find the way to your room

The clock tower bell ! But it did add to the authenticity of the old town vibe .
Staff were amazing. Hotel is in a great location. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Sushi restaurant is very good.
There could have been more veggie / vegan options for breakfast.
