Incredible Boutique Experience - highly recommended.
Pros:

Small boutique hotel in old town - very very charming. Suoer friendly staff. Reception is manned till 10 pm after which guests can enter and exit the building with their own key cards. Spacious gorgeous room … lovely amenities. Beds were super comfortable. I would love to visit again.

Hotel location is great - very easy access to various trams lines. Quick walk to Zurich HB train station. Lovely and easy to explore old town by walking around.

Hotel has their own sushi bar and restaurant which is superb! We are their 2 of our 4 night stay and the food was amazing.

Cons:

As the sushi restaurant is the only dining option at the property, they don’t have a full functioning kitchen. Which makes breakfast quite limited.

Nice hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Nicely renovated and comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioner blew directly on to side of bed leaving one person freezing while the other was hot. Lift often used by staff tansporting items forcing you to use stairs

A super comfortable, centrally located hotel with the best staff!
Pros:

The staff here are really very friendly—always with a big smile and a willingness to help. They are wonderful hosts.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like—though it wasn't the hotel's fault—was the intense heat in Zurich during our stay. That said, it was nothing a dip in the river or the lake couldn't fix.

Great location and vibes! I would book again.
Pros:

Centrally located to everything and the staff were amazing. Super helpful and very responsive! There is also AC in the room

Ótima localização!
Hotel silencioso!

Cons:

Café da manhã muito restrito.
Se não for cedo corre o risco de sair com fome do café da manhã.
Um dos dias , cheguei as 9:30, so tinha um tipo de pão e era daqueles fatiados que já estavam no fim.
Achei indelicado por parte do hotel deixar o hospede nessa situação.

Lage gut. Preis-Leistung passt gar nicht!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Hbf war sehr gut.

Cons:

Täglich wechselndes Personal ließ die Qualität in der Reinigung und im Service sinken.
Mal tropfte die Klimaanlage, die Dusche war undicht und jeden Tag fehlte etwas anderes… Handtücher unvollständig, leere Minibar und fehlendes Kaffeezubehör, in der Frühstückstheke fehlte immer mal was anderes oder nach der Hälfte der Zeit war kein Brot mehr vorhanden. etc.
Man kümmerte sich zwar stets mit unterschiedlichen Erfolgen, doch nur nach Aufforderung.
