Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the furniture was new and it had a pleasant design overall. The bed was comfortable.
The location was also great, with restaurants in close proximity. We stayed 1 night while transiting Germany and it was easy to reach the hotel in the evening and get back to the highway the next day.
The underground free parking was a big plus.

Cons:

The upper floor rooms have an interesting design with the glass roof but they get very hot because the glass roof creates a greenhouse effect. It gets hot during the day and it barely cools off during the night. When we arrived in the evening, the outside temperature was quite chilly but in the room it was way hotter from the heat accumulated during the day (which was not a particularly hot day). There is no AC. They provide a ventilator but you cannot leave it running while you sleep because it is very noisy. We had to sleep with the windows open but the street was noisy.

Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Halbpension: Es gab auffälligerweise immer die gleiche "Tagessuppe". Leider mußte man jeden Abend die Getränke sofort bezahlen. Eine Endabrechung wäre mir lieber gewesen.

Die Bar lädt abends zum Verweilen ein.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, besonders des Bades, ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Glastür zwischen Bad und Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Super venligt personale, og dejlige rene værelser. Stedet var ved at blive renoveret, men det gjorde ikke spor. Restauranten på hotellet kan klart anbefales!

Cons:

Der var ingen aircondition eller køleskab på værelserne.

Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und schickes Design der Rezeption,sowie dem angrenzendem Restaurant mit Terrasse.
Der Kaffee/Teezubereiter war sehr sinnvoll auf dem Zimmer und die Fenster haben den Lärm draußen gelassen.

Cons:

Die Umbauten im Hotel haben manches etwas erschwert und das Bett war zu hart.
Der Fitnessraum war ohne Fenster und nicht sehr einladend.

Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist günstig.
Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 11 Tagen war alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Auf der Rückkehr von Italien haben wir wieder im Hotel Demas übernachtet.
Leider war es diesmal nicht erholsam, da wir vom Nachmittag bis 20.30 Uhr durch Bauarbeiten im und am Hotel gestört wurden. Niemand hat uns darüber informiert.
Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir 6.30 Uhr frühstücken (wird so angeboten) um unsere Reise mit wenig Stau fortzusetzen. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht fertig. Selbst eine reichliche Stunde stand noch nicht alles da. Da wir endlich losfahren wollten, haben wir uns nur ein Brötchen mitgenommen.
Beim Check Out war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Da wir im Voraus bezahlt hatten, haben wir nur die Zimmerkarte hinterlegt.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Kostenlose Tiefgarage verfügbar.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft fehlte die Bettwäsche für das zusätzliche Schlafsofa (in unserem Fall für ein Kind). In unserem Zimmer gab es weder eine Klimaanlage noch eine Lüftung. Man konnte nur durch das Öffnen der Fenster lüften, was uns bei heißem Wetter überhaupt nicht geholfen hat.
