Excelente ubicación y personal amable
Pros:

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena y estoy muy contenta con la estancia. La ubicación es, sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes: está muy bien conectado y resulta muy cómodo para desplazarse, con la parada de autobús y la estación de tren a pocos minutos. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las camas eran cómodas y pudimos descansar bastante bien.

En general, estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia y, sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita volveremos a escoger este hotel.

Cons:

Es cierto que el entorno del barrio, a primera vista, puede dar una impresión poco agradable, pero durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema ni nos sentimos en peligro.

Posizione vicina alla ferma del 6L per andare a Venezia Santa Lucia. Stazione di Mestre vicina. Bar per la colazione (non inclusa) vicino. Per un soggiorno economico però più che va bene. Cambio di asciugamani quotidiano così come sistemazione della stanza.

Cons:

Hotel molto basic, senza colazione. La zona la sera non da una sensazione di sicurezza.

Emplacement stratégique, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Mestre. Bus à proximité de jour comme de nuit pour rejoindre Venise centre. Accueil efficace et conseils pratiques. Chambre petite mais propre et confortable. Environnement calme et sûr.

Hotel si trova in una buona posizione. In 10 minuti in bus si arriva a Venezia.
L’unica cosa negativa è che la struttura è vecchia i bagni vecchissimi.
Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile.

TUTTO. Nell'ordine: pulizia scarsa, servizi carenti, in portineria non capiscono o fanno finta di non capire l'italiano. Solo uno dei portieri di turno sorride, gli altri ti guardano con lo sguardo assente: pessimo modo di ospitare i clienti. La colazione, di scarsa qualità, si paga a parte e subito, non è possibile metterla nel conto. Nelle camere, piccolissime e scomode, succede di tutto, la gente porta da mangiare tranquillamente e fa caciara tutta la notte. Zanzare a volontà. Devi chiedere l'asciugacapelli in portineria. Armadietti in lamiera minuscoli. Sapone e saponette insufficienti.
