Room renovations would be nice for the property.
The room was infested with roaches. Extermination should be completed on a weekly basis until cleared.
It takes entirely too long to check in and out. Its dark in the room lightening is not good. The process of checking in and out is as if you are going thru customs into another country. Never have anything prepared, they have list of reservations for the day, they should be prepared for the customers coming in. Its a horrible system checking in!! I will never stay there again, the wife has more patients and will stay if traveling alone but personally i cant wait 30 mins for you to print, sign, print, fold, sign, or whatever takes you so long. I checkin to newcoasts and it takes 5mins and they offer me my upgrade. Armada.. no upgrade and if you ask they look at you like you are crazy. Everytime no sorry sir we dont know. They know I am expedia member and its suppose to be offered if your a gold member but they never do.. Anyway .. Cheap hotel, good rooms I recommend if you dont mind waiting to check in.
Breakfast buffet could be better stock
Spa facilities were not available due to refurbishment, not acceptable as I booked hotel so we had this facility available ,reception staff not very helpful, disappointed with hotel .would not recommend to anyone
Room was nice only problem was no cable service offered not sure all hotels but was nice, also no wash cloth that was strange ????
good for breakfast was first class fantastic outstanding omelet, front desk some of the rudest in organized crew i ever seen in all
my travels borderlines on being completely ignorant to guest needs
Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and hospitable.
Very accommodation
Very goog
I stayed here about 4 years ago and I have nothing but praises . But at this time , I stayed for 3 days , but very disappointed of the place . The bathroom has no enclosure, so water splash all over when you shower . Upon check in , there are no hand towels nor bathmat to step on after shower . I asked for one but was provided with a bathmat with rubber ( told them those slips when gets wet ) - the following day , they cleaned the room and I found a notification of a stain in a duvet cover? They took a picture of it showed to me but I had doubts . Cost me P500 pesos. From then on , I feel like will be tiptoeing . I will definitely not coming back and will not recommend to friends . Thank you anyway .
The entire 3 nights we stayed there the power was out most of the time. The breakfast was decent but its not worth the price. Also be careful they will charge you a random stain on their towel 500 pesos for small stain of apparently spaghetti sauce. They will do house keeping while you’re gone and claim that there’s stain in there towels! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
I think for a 4-star rating, this hotel should be nicer. The wifi was very spotty, which was frustrating as I had research and bookings to make for my travels and it was impossible to do so when I was settled in my room for the night. I talked to the staff, and all I heard was “it’s working”, though it was so bogged down it wasn’t working. I had to write a review because wifi is a necessity these days, and someone may want to avoid being frustrated each evening and night, like I was. When I took baths, the water wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best, but when I showered, it seemed ok, though the water sprayed all over and soaked the bathroom - and they were very limited with the towels. The AC in the lobby was weak. The staff was lovely, and the beds/pillows were pretty comfortable however.
Lovely people working there
The room was huge and the bed comfortable. For what we paid our two night stay was exceptional value
When we arrived at the hotel there was a strong smell in the lobby making everyone cough even the hotel staff were coughing. It gave a icthing feeling and runy nose. We ended up changing hotel since the hotel room also had the same smell. The personel said the smell was coming from some kind of mosquito spray.
+ kind hotel staff
+ big room
+ about 4750 pesos for 2 double bed rooms
- didn’t get any money back
- located in a not so lit up street
- still a itchy feeling in the throat 24h later…
Take long time to check in, about 25-30 min even had paid and booked in advance.
