Reasonably priced beach front hotel
Pros:

Big rooms, good bed, nice rooftop pool, great location, reasonable price

Cons:

Its reflected in the price but its a little tired. Not talking complete refurb but just a few updates

Value for money and helpful staff
Pros:

Location on the beach is superb. Had breakfast in the top floor restaurant area - decent buffet but the best was the panoramic view over the bay - with the 200Bt - recommend walk in and pay 250 Bt.

Cons:

Part of the building is being renovated (needed) - which is a good thing - but we stayed in the opposite part and was not affected by any builders noise. Ask fur this when booking.
