Pros:

初めての利用でしたが、スタッフの対応に大満足でした。
急遽、もう１部屋追加したのですが、迅速に柔軟に対応してくださって助かりました。
コンビニが隣の施設の１階にあり、立地もよく便利でした。
シャンプーは備え付けのもので十分満足でした。
シャワーの圧も高く快適に過ごせました。

Pros:

日本語に堪能な外国人スタッフでしたが、細かいニュアンスは伝わりにくいです。決まりきったことは大丈夫ですが、臨機応変自ら、細やかなの対応は無理でした。
喫煙室でしたが、カーテンにしみついているのか、杯数校が臭いのか、部屋が臭かったので、入ってすぐにファブりました。

房間雖然不大，但是有24小時櫃台，適合晚班班機的旅人，離單軌列車縣廳前站很近，附近有好幾家便利商店，也有幾家居酒屋，櫃台不能寄放行李有點美中不足。

ホテルの入り口が階段のため、キャリーバッグを持っているかたはちょっときついと思いました。
また、チェックアウト時にキャリーバッグの預かりはしていないとのことでした。

旅行先ではどこのホテルもチェックアウト時にキャリーバッグを預けて観光を楽しむ流れが一般的だと思っていたのでがっかりでした。

スペースがないので　との説明でしたが、チェックイン前には預かってくれるそうです。

1F不動産屋も、大量の自販機もいらないので荷物を置くスペースにしていただければ便利かなと思いました。

ボトルウォーターの用意はないため、ウォーターサーバーが1Fに設置してありエコだと感じました。
部屋に電子レンジの設置があったのは便利だと思います。

客室内は窓を開けても隣のビルのため、開けたいとは思いませんでした。
他の口コミにもあるように、ずっと若干カビ臭いです。
日本人の働いている方を一度も見なかったほど外国人の労働者が多いホテルでした。

事前に予約したのでとても安かったのでよかったですが、それでも価格相応のホテルだと感じました。

最初の部屋はウォシュレットが壊れていて部屋を変えてもらったのは良いが非常に異臭がひどく、もう一回部屋を変えてもらうのもなんだかなぁ、なんで我慢したけどもう利用しません。

禁煙で予約していたのだが、まず案内された部屋には灰皿があり臭いからして喫煙の部屋と思われた。壁紙もカビが目立ちとても不快。フロントに戻り部屋を禁煙ルーム替えて貰ったが、次に入った部屋にも灰皿が、、、。
またシャワートイレも壊れており動作せず。
二度と利用はしません。
