Pros:

Room was very spacious.Plenty of storage for 2 people.
Reception Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Very close to all bars & restaurants.Highly recommend Mustache Restaurant next door.Food & Cocktails were amazing.
Beach is 10 mins walk but there is a Shuttle to beach every hour up until 6pm.

Cons:

There was no pool but that was only a minor issue as Hotel is located close to the beach.

No soap dispenser by the sink.

The bed is very high off the floor.Would be an issue for somebody with mobility issues.I am only 5ft 1 and I had a little difficulty climbing onto the bed.It is raised so you can store suitcase under the bed out of the way.

The view out the window is a wall so do not expect scenic view.

The staff were amazing. Came back everyday to the room to be cleaned. They had a shuttle bus to the beach that went every hour. The price location and staff just amazing.

SUPER RECOMENDO.
Pros:

Quarto extremamente limpo, hotel muito bem localizado, profissionais super educados e prestativos. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar-condicionado que prontamente foi solucionado pela equipe. Super recomendo o Hotel.

经济性价比很好，年轻人可冲，带着老人孩子的还是再看看吧。
Pros:

有免费的班车去海滩，很方便。服务人员很友善，但业务有的时候不准确。最好用英文的订单给她看。

Cons:

隔音不好，特别是3层窗外有空调设备机，噪音较大，需要戴耳塞。

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Nice room, very large double bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good location, near multiple 7-elevens. Useful shared kitchen and water refill station. Many communal areas. Near to Kata beach and shuttle offered to get to beach too. Beach towels kindly provided for the day (for free).

Cons:

No issues!

Encantada com este hotel.
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso, ficou até difícil para nós nos hospedar em outros hotéis até o fim da viagem, ficamos no quarto capricórnio e exatamente tudo nos encantou, tanto a criatividade das estrelas no teto até a tecnologia em geral, o vaso do banheiro é daqueles que nós como brasileiros só tínhamos visto na TV, faz exatamente tudo e automaticamente. A cama é super confortável, grande e gostosa. Para quem pretende usar a cozinha ela é total equipada. Localização maravilhosa, entre o centro e a praia. Os funcionários são super queridos, em especial o HARI que nos atendeu na chegada e foi super gentil e solícito sempre. Somente pontos positivos!!!
