The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and warm. I especially appreciated having a terrace, which was a priority for me. The animation team did a great job despite the small play area. The themed evening discos and dances for kids were excellent. The full-day kindergarten is a brilliant idea—they teach children how to ski on the hotel’s own private slope, allowing parents to ski all day while the kids are entertained. We were also very happy with the food; it was plentiful, varied, and delicious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were very slow and unhelpful. We lost our child's glasses, and no one made an effort to help us find them. They wouldn't even let us back into the room to double-check, which was very frustrating

Kahvaltısı ve yemekleri iyiydi. Odaların sıcaklığı ve büyüklüğü iyiydi.

Cons:

Otel pistlere uzak. Araba ile gidip gelmek çok yorucu ve sıkıcı idi.

Cons:

Curatenia foarte foarte proasta. Lenjeria de proasta calitate, doamnele care fac curat tot ce fac e sa aseze patul, nu curata pe jos. Avand in vedere ca perioada in care am fost incaltarile erau murdare cand intram in camere, macar in zona de intrare era nevoie sa se spele pe jos mai ales ca acolo era si usa de la toaleta. Am transmis la receptie dar nu s-a intamplat nimic.

Πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία για το σκι , μεγάλο το δωμάτιο ,παρα πολύ ζεστό, το προσωπικο πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Δεν καθαριζαν πολύ καλά, μόνο αλλαγή τα σκουπίδια και απλά στρώσιμο τα κρεβάτια, δεν σκούπισαν όσο ήμασταν εκεί.
Το πρωινο όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο.
Είχε έλλειψη σε οικιακά σκεύη, όπως κούπες, πιάτα σούπας.
Δεν είχε κάποια σκούπα η σφουγγαρίστρα για να μαζέψουμε τα νερά.
Για την τιμή του δωματίου θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να περιλαμβάνει πρωινό .
Το πάρκινγκ πρέπει να βελτιωθεί καθώς δυσκολεύτηκαμε να βρούμε να παρκαρουμε από εδώ και από εκεί.

Odalar çok rahat. Kapsamlı bir otel ama odalar apart tarzında. Küçük bir mutfağı, 2 adet yatak odası ve şöminesi ile vıp hizmet sunuyor.
Kayak merkezine ulaşım çok rahat, hiç zorlanmıyorsunuz.
Soğuk ve kar tatilinde en aradığınız şey sıcaklık ve odalar çok sıcak. Banyo aldığınız alanda üşümeyin diye elektrikli minik bir soba ile düşünülmüş.
