Топло е в целия комплекс. СПА зоната е чудесна. Леглата са удобни. Местоположението е отлично. Персоналът любезен.

Cons:

Бяхме в апартамент,в който имаше оборудвана кухня, но нямаше купа за салата, също и купички.

Pros:

Большие номера, есть кухня. Тепло. Небольшой, но уютный спа. Есть где поужинать.
Шатл ходит от отеля до горы.

Местоположение, отношението на персонала, хигиената, СПА зоната

Cons:

Цените в ресторанта, ако е по-нормална ще има повече клиенти. Водата в единствения басейн, в който се допускат деца под 14 години с придружител е студена - въпреки обявените 30 градуса. Имайки предвид, че е зимен сезон и дечицата са по пистите е необходима по-топла вода.
