An excellent hotel but not so welcoming reception.
Pros:

The property was in a good location, with public transport close by. There was a bakery and supermarket in the area which was very handy.

Cons:

My room was not ready for booking in and I had to wait 20 mins. The room allocated to my parent’s was ready so they went ahead and I waited in the reception. Other customers were checking in with no problem. I asked the receptionist to explain the situation and was told that it had not been cleaned. I asked for any room so that I could check in and then go out for my appointment. She was rather surly and said I needed to wait.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del puente de piedra, para ir al centro andando cómodamente.
Instalaciones Todo muy limpio.
La habitación no es muy grande, pero es funcional y está todo en buen estado.

Cons:

Los espacios comunes en la zona de recepción eran pequeños.

Instalaciones muy básicas pero normales en este tipo de hotel. Relación calidad/precio buena. Cerca del río. Bien conectado con el centro histórico de Burdeos. Cama cómoda. Muy práctico para una visita corta.

Buona la posizione con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi o in tram il centro storico, zona tranquilla una volta che chiude il supermercato su cui affaccia la camera, e prima dell'apertura del mattino.

Non ci sono praticamente posti dove appoggiare bagaglio, a parte una piccola scrivania e uno sgabello non ci sono piani d'appoggio, neanche un comodino!
Non si possono aprire le finestre se non di qualche centimetro perchè sono bloccate.
la tendina oscurante non era regolabile, forse rotta, e comunque non bloccava la luce al mattino
Solo piumone, non possibilità di dormire con lenzuolo e con il caldo e non potendo aprire finestra di notte, obbligo di uso aria condizionata.
Non tornerei in questra struttura anche perchè la città è servita benissimo da metro leggera e quindi convengono di più sftrutture con un miglior rapporto qualità prezzo anche se più lontane dal centro
