Cheap and cheerful, but could do with some attention, maitainance wise!
Pros:

The property could do with some TLC.

Cons:

Lift was out of order, or so it said! However when we were leaving a member of staff was using it, not great!

Pros:

Great place to stay very friendly and helpful staff nothing is too much trouble rooms cosy and warm beds are very comfortable great powerful showers.
Also very close to motorways M1 and M180.

Adequate
Pros:

The beds were clean and comfy

Cons:

The lift didn’t work, the vending machine was empty, there was only 2 teabags in the room with only 2 sugars. No teaspoons. No water glasses so absolutely no way of getting any refreshments or food. Air conditioning didn’t work so was way too hot. Only 1 toilet roll, which is not enough if you have allergies

Pros:

The hotel was a great price (£60) and well located for our needs, being a 10 minute easy drive to Meadowhall and Sheffield Arena. There was a Wimpy and Pub close by, had we decided to eat locally too and local shops and takeaway. .

There was plenty of parking and the location was quiet. The hotel fell silent over night with no noise from other guests.

The room was comfortable and we had plenty of space. We were able to control our own room temperature with a heater, air con unit and opening window all available.

We had been allocated a double instead of a twin, but as soon as staff saw us enter the room and come straight out, they jumped on this and asked if there was an issue. They went straight to reception and this was resolved instantly. We were offered help with our bags too.

We hadn't expected much for £60 but this hotel exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely use it again if we need an overnight stop in the area.

Cons:

Nothing bad to report, if I'm being really picky, then there was a few marks on the carpet and walls from wear and tear, but this certainly didn't impact on our stay.
