Great stopover for the price
Pros:

Basic but very clean and comfortable with nice bathroom and shower. Quiet location. Convenient for a stop over for a gig at the arena or a shopping trip. Staff really friendly /helpful. Would highly recommend at bargain price and will definitely use again.

Cons:

Lift was out of order during stay but I'm sure staff would have accommodated anyone with mobility issues on the ground floor.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Plenty of parking. The staff were absolutely lovely. The shower was really easy to use and had great pressure. Just an overall nice experience and great value for money

Pros:

Nothing avoid!

Cons:

There was no running water! Couldn’t use the toilets, the shower, sink, couldn’t make a cup of tea. Staff were unhelpful, many guests were unhappy and complaining! Water is basic human right without this the hotel should not function!

No running water. No one on reception. No fans for dealing with hear wave. TV that didn't work. Place was a dump. Needs fully refurbishing.

Due to NO WATER and broken lift the experience was poor.
Pros:

Clean room

Cons:

There was no water in the morning. We could not get washed, brush teeth or boil a kettle.
The lift did not work. My 85-year old dad had to climed to the second floor using stairs.

Absolutely disgusting service
Cons:

Woke up to having no water in the bathroom.Could not flush the toilet and neither could I wash my hands after using the toilet.Was unable to take a shower as there was no water at all.Guy on reception said it would take two hours for the water tank to refill.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was very hot. There was no air conditioning. I asked reception for fan and he said they don't have any fan. We told him we can't sleep in that hot room and we insisted for room so he gave us a little fan. The receptionist was kinda rude. I was talking to him about check-in and he said wait I'm busy. These things matter a lot. Thanks
