Not bad
Pros:

Ok for a budget hotel but the room was very basic and the bed was really uncomfortable. The room had nothing much in it and it could do with better tea and coffee facilities like the spoons was cardboard and could have been some toiletries in the bathroom. The lift was broken but lucky they had a room on first floor. I know this place does not offer breakfast but would be nice if it did as had to travel out for food.

Pros:

I found this place very clean, the room was spacous and the mattress was so comfy I want one at home 🤣 we had a family room with 2 double beds. This was a prefect.location to Utiilla Aread in Sheffield.

Very quiet, good value, clean and free parking. 👌
Pros:

Spacious and clean.

Cons:

I had a corner room, with 2 exterior walls. It was cold on arrival. Warmed up with the heater on all night. I had to double over the duvet, for warmth in bed.
