Okay
Pros:

Great location for where we wanted to be.

Cons:

Bathroom wasnt very clean beds are double but really small wasnt comfortable mattress was hard air con did not work but they brought us a fan so that was better staff were lovely just room that was a let down

£200 for 3 nights is very good, but quality poor
Pros:

staff were nice

Cons:

not very clean, tv nearly falling off the wall, strings from inside mattress pressing against my back when i laid down on the bed, stains on carpet and curtains, fingerprints on mirrors

The only good thing about this property was the fact it was a 10 minute drive from the event I was going to.

Cons:

First of all. The staff were extremely rude. They charged us multiple charges for numerous things. One was an early check in fee of £25. We arrived at 1pm instead of 2 as our train was early. We travelled all the way from Coventry to this hotel and had all of our bags so had no choice but to pay. Then people in the rooms next to us were smoking partying and doing drugs. We asked them to be quiet ourselves and a few hours later we got a knock on the door aswell as all the other rooms and our room got searched by the staff for “drugs” which they found none as we don’t do drugs and we got charged a £70 fee being accused of smoking in the room or would result in being kicked out. We then spoke to the other people on our floor. 5 other rooms got charged the £70 also. For maybe one room doing the smoking. I feel as though this property knew there was a festival going on and took advantage of everyone there including us. Then once we was ready to check out at 11. They came to the door at 11:01 maybe and asked if we was ready to check out. We were all at the door bags packed just making sure we had our last bits and we got told there was a late fee of £15. Even though we got back to the front desk at the same time as the Staff member. The staff honestly ruined this whole experience for us. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any sort of festival or event. They take advantage of you. This booking was £149 Saturday to Monday and I ended up spending another £100 in Unexpected fees 1/10 stars from me.

Would be ideal for a cheap easy stay as long as beds had been changed.
