Room very nice . Beds very comfortable. Value for money.
Pub was very pleasant and decor is great. Didn't eat there so can't report on the food. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Reception area could do with abit of a space up stairwell leading to rooms could do with painting and carpet looked dirty and abit worn in places.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and bathroom was great, good shower.
The TV didn't work, it had no signal. The glass was missing from the shelf above the bathroom sink.
Quieter than other places I've stayed in Exeter . Fair rooms , the bed was very comfortable.

The location is central and on evening and Sundays there is free parking close by or car parks.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room smelt strongly of cigarettes especially in the bathroom but the windows only opened a small amount so impossible to air out.
The noise was awful keeping me awake until 2am and on and off from then and that was with the windows closed, enjoying the cigarette smell. I especially asked for a quiet room due to health condition so this was even more disappointing.
The bathroom fan never went off and was so loud through the night.
The TV didn’t work.
I left exhausted!
Comfortable, welcoming, relaxed, stylish
That on the Saturday night there was an event and I didn’t know about and I was unable to eat at the restaurant and had to walk around Exeter on my own for an hour trying to find a place that had space. I ate dinner there every other night of my stay and I would’ve thought someone would’ve mentioned it to me in advance.
