Very accommodating
Overall a nice place to stay.
Breakfast wasn't too great. Some minor inconvenience with work being done.

Unknown to us prior to bookomg The Hotel was undergoing refurbishment and the resturant area was closed h6ence lunch was offered in the bar if a table could be found in a very busy pub enviroment alternative we were offered room service. The room although well appointed had no heating and the overnight temperature was very uncomfortable. We visit the area often to see relatives but would hesitate to book in the futurs

It's a traditional English pub with a restaurant and the hotel is attached so you don't need to go anywhere it's all under one roof
Price of the snacks in the room to much
The breakfast was fantastic such a lot of choice and the cooked breakfast was perfect.
The only reason I didn't mark the highest on cleanliness and I'm not sure where else to put it, when we went for a drink in the bar on the Friday evening the smell of urine between the hotel to the bar was horrid and mixed with the smell of fish it really put me off. I understand the smell of fish but mixed with the smell from the toilets was grim. It was better the next morning.

I stayed in room 211 and my room door was open when i came back at at 17.30.
