Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The hotel seemed recently refurbished so rooms/bathrooms were very nice. Nice breakfast . Staff were friendly . Good location as on bus route.

Loved the place!
Pros:

Good location, as I was a guest at a celebration lunch at The Greyhound. Lovely food, accurately and efficiently served!
Excellent full English breakfast the next day,, after a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Quiet, despite the proximity to the main road!

An Absolute Gem - Recommended if you are visiting the area.
Pros:

The hotel is an absolute gem, our room was really nicely fitted out and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The location, opposite Carshalton Ponds, is very pretty, and good for birdwatchers too.
Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area - highly recommended!

A very warm welcome was given to our family group. Note to future bookers-it was £100 cheaper for a 2 night stay to book

Pleasant, beautiful setting, fantastic staff.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, the staff at breakfast and dinner are amongst the best.

Cons:

Only one thing I was surprized to encounter was a shower that was not well drained as it splashed all over the room having to use a sqeezer to try to dry it up. One other thing, my room was freexing and never got warm even after I asked the management to put the heating on. However, the other room I booked for my granddaughter, which was interconnected to mine, was perfect, so once I opened the interconnecting door, i was more comfortable. Bear in mind that I am not British and hailing from the Med, I tend to prefer warmer rooms. So please take this complaint with this in mind

Nice location,free parking at the pub .clean and well appointed.Very nice bathroom.and nice big comfy bed.

We travel with one small, well behaved dog and are charged £20 per night, this is unfair, it should be a single charge, if at all, as there is not a clean every day!!!
