The staff were always polite,smiling, welcoming and did everything to help us and make us feel welcomed even offered to help us with the baggage to our room, good breakfast with multiple stuff to chose from: eggs,bacon, chocolate spread, yogurt, cornflakes, juice and ofc coffee with different options as well,the rooms were clean and well organised they clean them daily even with extra pillows, the water was hot,bathroom clean and with everything we need from shampoo to extra towels

Cons:

The shower head needs to be replaced it, some of the holes were blocked fully and some were shouting the water in different ways,the water can take some time to get hot ( 2 to 3 minutes sometimes)

Breve Soggiorno a Verona
Pros:

Per un breve soggiorno a Verona abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura. Camera dotata di tutto il necessario, ben tenuta e molto pulita. Particolarmente apprezzata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Situata in zona periferica ed immersa nel verde ma comunque ben collegata al centro, con fermata dell'autobus di fronte alla struttura. Decisamente consigliata.

На вечер была действительно вкусная кухня особенно стейк который порадовал.

Cons:

Мы бронировали Park Hotel Elefante в Вероне, и одним из главных факторов при выборе отеля было наличие бассейна. Однако уже после приезда выяснилось, что бассейн не работает, хотя при бронировании мы рассчитывали пользоваться этой услугой.

Кроме того, в номере были проблемы с горячей водой: вода практически не нагревалась, была еле тёплой, а временами шла совсем холодная. Это создавало серьёзный дискомфорт во время проживания.

Также остались крайне недовольны завтраком. Ассортимент был очень маленьким, еда в основном холодная и безвкусная, бекон был сухой и сильно пережаренный. Качество завтрака оказалось настолько низким, что в итоге нам пришлось идти завтракать в другое место, несмотря на то, что завтрак был включён в стоимость проживания.

В результате сразу несколько заявленных и оплаченных условий проживания не соответствовали нашим ожиданиям: бассейн был недоступен, горячая вода работала ненормально, а завтраком фактически невозможно было воспользоваться.
