L’établissement est situé à deux pas du quartier touristique d’Intramuros. Cependant, les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes et humides. Elles disposent cependant d’un grand espace.
Les installations manquent un peu de chaleur humaine.

The speed of the internet is quite slow and heater in room 217 is not working

Le quartier est un peu inquiétant et la chambre est vétuste. La salle de bains est vieille et l'ensemble de la chambre sent la moisissure. Nous avons même trouvé un insecte...
Good room accomodation. .
Wifi is not accessible as per customer service officer due to # of users . . Our sink is clogged, it was repaired a day after that we checked in, but still there was water on the floor I don't know where it came from.
I checked in on December 18 between 2:30–3:30 PM and unfortunately my experience fell short of expectations. The receptionist on duty at that time was unpleasant and not welcoming. It immediately set a negative tone for my stay.
The room itself also had several issues. There was only one small trash bin available, which was inconvenient. I also noticed small cockroaches in different areas of the room.
Additionally, the TV only had four channels available, which limited entertainment options and did not match what I expected from the hotel.

The room isn't that worth.
The shower doesn't have a shower curtain whereas the whole shower room is wet after one has showered. No rag towel to use, we set one big towel so that we could step on a bit dry floor. The standard room is really small. The pictures are nice but the reality isn't that worth.
Strategic location.
The room is spacious.
The property is already old and not well maintained. There are presence of cockroaches, broken door lock and bathroom fixtures.
Breakfast was good, location even better.
The cockroaches in the room. The smelly bathroom and clogged sink which was not acted upon till the next day.
The staff are kind and approachable. From the housekeeping, security guard, front desk staff, supervisor and Kusina staff, they are all doing a great job.
