My Stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay
Pros:

My experience in Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay was great. The rooms were in good condition and comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. My stay was enjoyable as I enjoyed the comfort of the rooms, excellent services, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would certainly suggest this hotel to the friends who want to visit Boracay.

A very very disappointing experience at this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is well located in Boracay, but it is in need of a massive upgrade. The rooms are very dated and our first room was not cleaned properly and even when we moved rooms, this was not cleaned properly either. There was only one handle on the front door even though there were holes for two handles, the breakfast area wasn't very well maintained during service resulting in things being left on the floor which made it look dirty. The seats in the breakfast area were very very worn and just looked shabby. There were also beds left in the corridors in front of fire hydrants. Despite the Manager telling me that they had only been left there whilst the rooms were being cleaned, they were never removed.

The staff here really go above and beyond! From the smooth check-in to the attentive beach attendants, we felt like VIPs. The hotel is grand and well-kept, and the rooms are some of the biggest we’ve stayed in on the island.

VERY SATISFYING CONVENIENT STAY OF ALL TIME
Pros:

I had a very satisfying stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila. The biggest draw is definitely the location—it’s just a short walk to the Mall of Asia and the Arena, which made my trip incredibly convenient and saved me from Manila’s infamous traffic.
