Pros:

One thing you have be careful about is who you are actually speaking to and getting the room from. When I call Choice Hotel properties, I expect them to answer, and not a third party like Expedia!!
The pool water is absolutely freezing. That was the only consistent issue we have found here.
It doesn't matter the outside temperature, summer or winter, the water is freezing.

The lady who did the breakfast was very sweet and the breakfast wasn't bad. The receptionist was not very welcoming upon arrival. The room smelled funny and there was all kinds of dirt and debris in the bathroom with nasty stuff splattered all over the wall around the toilet area. The floors were sticky and the beds were awful. Very lumpy and hard. If we didnt already drive for 11 hours, we would have went somewhere else. Figured for the price, it would have at least been clean.
