L’emplacement, la vue!

Cons:

Personnel pas très sympathique, les équipements du chambre ( frigo ) avec un bruit bizarre. J’ai dû éteindre. Pas de isolation dans la chambre ( j’ai écoutée les voisins en parlent, la chasse d’eau, la douche …. Honteux !

Bom dia!
Gostaria de registrar minha avaliação sobre a hospedagem. Antes da minha chegada, solicitei expressamente um quarto silencioso, pois expliquei que viajaria para realizar uma prova e precisava de um ambiente tranquilo, tanto para estudar quanto para descansar adequadamente.
Infelizmente, o quarto disponibilizado ficava de frente para uma avenida muito movimentada. Havia trânsito constante de carros e ônibus, além de buzinas frequentes. Mesmo estando no 9º andar e mantendo a janela fechada, o barulho era bastante perceptível e acabou prejudicando meu descanso.
Também tive um contratempo com o serviço de limpeza. No primeiro dia, após a arrumação do quarto, as toalhas não foram repostas. Solicitei a reposição à recepção e, apesar da solicitação, foi necessário aguardar cerca de duas horas até que as toalhas fossem entregues.
Por outro lado, gostaria de destacar positivamente o café da manhã, que é muito saboroso e bem servido.
Considerando o valor da hospedagem, que não foi baixo, e o fato de o hotel não atender a um pedido que havia sido feito antecipadamente e que era importante para o objetivo da minha viagem, acredito que, em uma próxima oportunidade, buscarei outras opções de hospedagem que ofereçam maior atenção às necessidades e solicitações dos hóspedes.
Deixo esta avaliação de forma respeitosa e construtiva, na expectativa de que esses pontos possam ser observados e aprimorados, especialmente no que se refere ao cuidado, ao zelo e à atenção dispensados aos hóspedes.
Pois é essa atenção aos detalhes que transforma uma simples estadia em uma experiência positiva e faz com que o hóspede tenha o desejo de retornar sempre.
Acredito que, quando um hotel demonstra verdadeiro cuidado com as necessidades de seus hóspedes, cria-se uma relação de confiança e fidelidade.
