O hotel cancelou a reserva!
Cons:

O hotel cancelou a reserva pois segundo eles o hospede chegou ao hotel muito distante do horário do check-in. Ou seja, o meu esposo ficou mais de uma hora aguardando um novo quarto pois a reserva foi cancelada sem qualquer tentativa de contato ou confirmação de chegada ao hotel.
