Uma melhor receptividade dos colaboradores da recepção, não me foi passado nenhuma norma do hotel, simplesmente preencheu a ficha me entregou as chaves do apartamento e muito obrigado, no apartamento nenhum folheto informativo de canais da TV, a maioria das informações se quisesse saber teria que acessar Qr code que hoje em dia sabemos que não é tão confiável devido Qr Code falsos, os colchões eram colchões de mola por ser de um hotel de alta rotatividade de hóspedes já estavam gastas trazendo um certo desconforto.
