Brilliant love Eastbourne love the Shore View can’t wait to go back
Pros:

The room was smallish but had everything you needed in it The breakfast as always was a good selection and very nice The ladies in the breakfast room were very friendly and very helpful After a day she knew what we needed for breakfast if you run out of tea sugar coffee etc they are really accommodating and always give you more My son and girlfriend joined us one day and we asked for 2 extra cups and were given to us with no problem and we were asked if we needed more tea etc for them as well The staff are all amazing we have been going here for over 15 years and never had a bad room breakfast A few times they upgraded us to a sea view room when they wasn’t busy A very nice hotel to stay in

Honestly nothing could have been better We can’t find fault obviously it was a little dated but they are now updating it

Great value and comfort when travelling with your dog
Pros:

A budget hotel but excellent location and everything you need - apart from a hand towel, but that seems to be a thing as we visit often. The decor is dated but it's an old Victorian hotel. Shame that it's £20 for a dog but hey, she loves it and is made welcome.

A very reasonably priced decent hotel with super staff.
Pros:

The reception team and the breakfast team were so welcoming and courteous.

The room was very spacious with two comfortable chairs and a super sea view. The bed was comfortable with good bedding.

Pros:

Really relaxing stay, exceptional staff for anything you might need.the breakfast is perfect,not really sure if I needed anything else, maybe a swimming pool,but the sea is right across the road ( bit cold now, but I did see people cold water swimming)

Pros:

Would of been more better if wifi reached further only as far as reception. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms could do with a make over and windows cleaned especially when we had a sea view..Staff very plesent.

Cheerful, helpful staff. Room was clean, fresh & comfy. Seashore & pier right there.
Pros:

Very helpful, cheerful staff also helped sort a parking permit for after 8 a.m . Clean spacious room, great value. Travelled alone, felt safe. Breakfast had everything offered that I may need. Seashore & pier right there. Short walk from a variety of take away, resto, pubs etc with good range of food choices i.e Fish n chips to Malayan & shopping areas. Thanks. Will book again if in the area.
