Koffie en thee hoefden we in de ochtend niet af te rekenen

Verlichting in de kamer deed het niet.
De fohn deed het niet.
Spinnenwebben in de waterglazen.
Extra parkeerkosten wat van tevoren niet bekend was.
Eten was snel maar een hele kleine schnitzel, daar wel een korting op gekregen.

Pros:

Wirklich unfassbar tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal! Vorallem die Nachtschichten. Schade, dass das Trinkgeldglas nicht täglich geleert und verteilt wird - habe 15 Euro extra für die beiden am Empfang da gelassen. Aber am nächsten Tag war es noch in dem Glas.
