Gute Lage in Zermatt, tolle Dachtereasse, Drinks anstelle von Zimmerreinigung

Cons:

Unglaublich unfreundlicher Manager am Empfang, der mich ohne Grund angefahren und fast schon aggressiv belehrt hat. Badezimmer bei Zimmern auf der Nordseite extrem klein und eng.

It's still a good hotel for stay, It close to everything. Breakfast is excellent.
Pros:

The basic cleanliness of the room was good, and the breakfast was excellent. The female staff member, Maria, serving during the day was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this positive experience was significantly overshadowed by the extremely poor attitude of a male staff member named Norbel. His manner toward guests was arrogant, impatient, and unwelcoming, which was in stark contrast to the friendly service provided by the other staff.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit wenig Hotelaufenthalt in Ordnung!
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Grundausstattung war vorhanden. Seife, Shampoo und Föhn auch. Der Ausblick vor allem von der Roof top Terrasse war gut!

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht sehr gefallen. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich bei 2 Sternen so, aber es war sehr klein und die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Kleine Anmerkungen sind noch, dass wir uns zumindest ein zweites Glas gewünscht hätten, wenn es für 2 Personen gebucht ist.

It was one of my best travel experiences
Pros:

This is a very comfortable and cozy hotel. The location is perfect, even though it's not in the city center. The terrace offers views of the Matterhorn at any time. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this place for your stay in Zermatt.

Pros:

The location is good. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace.

Cons:

The room was small with little room to move around in it. It gave us a claustrophobic feeling. There are no amenities in the room such as a pot to make hot water for tea or coffee, no chairs. The room is a little pricey for a bare bones room.

The breakfast was lovely, great way to start the day. Very friendly staff. Go for the rooftop though. Can see the Matterhorn and you’re far enough on the outskirts that with the lights off, you have a great view of the stars.

Cons:

Solid walk from the train station when you have luggage. Construction was going on around the property.
