Cons:

Very little cooking tools in the kitchen. Microwave doesn’t work. We didn’t plan to cook so it wasn’t an issue.

Pros:

A lovely, small hotel in a great location for exploring the old town. Very comfortable, helpful staff and the restaurant on the ground floor is fantastic - always packed as it’s so popular which means you need to remember to book breakfast especially at the weekend. All of the old town is noisy at night so bring ear plugs!

Picture perfect, a clementine gem in the city!

Gorgeous, spacious room with history in the both the building and furniture. Great location, very pleasant staff, very quiet at night despite any noise. Beautiful rooftop views.

A charming hotel within old town that offers comfortable rooms and delicious food
Pros:

Everything about this place is great! We had a large room with 2 beds and it was very comfortable after a long travel day. The restaurant (Mahalo) is delicious for both breakfast & dinner. The staff at Las Clementinas was amazing and very helpful with our stay in Panama City. They helped us arrange a private airport transfer and a walking tour of the city. As we arrived early in the morning, we were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. I wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the private terrace! If we return to Panama City, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

This isn't a dislike, more of a comment for others... There are no elevators in this hotel. If you are uncomfortable carrying your luggage up a few flights of stairs, this is not the place for you.

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick
Pros:

Riesiges Apartment, tolle Dachterrasse mit super View auf die Neustadt, das Restaurant, was direkt am Hotel ist (Mahalo) ist ausgezeichnet, da waren wir mehrmals essen. Self Checkin mit Codes, nettes Personal. Super gute Lage, es war sehr ruhig, aber wir waren auch recht weit oben im 3. Stock.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war schwer zu steuern, fanden wir etwas nervig. Ging auch manchmal einfach an, ohne dass wir es wollten oder angemacht haben. Die äußeren Balkontüren waren nicht geschlossen, ist uns erst nach einer ganzen Weile aufgefallen, die ließen sich dann auch nicht so richtig schließen, wahrscheinlich verzogen (Altbau).

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was decent and clean, accommodations were awful. Area is okay.

Cons:

The transfer we scheduled to the airport in the morning did not arrive and was unresponsive, as was the hotel, and we couldn’t book another or get reimbursed for the transfer we pre-booked.

The cleaners were very loud and playing music until 2am, when we had to ask them to turn it down politely to sleep.

Lovely Las Clementinas hotel in Casco Viejo, Panama City.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Las Clementinas following a cruise. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. While they did not have a bar or restaurant, they had an arrangement with both, which were adjacent to and accessible from the hotel. They were both lovely. The location is perfect for walking/sightseeing around Casco Viejo.
