Schitterende hotel kamer in authentiek pand
Pros:

De grootte van de kamer, de authentieke details van het pand en de ligging. Wat is deze hotelkamer gelegen in een mooi pand. De kamer is heel comfortabel, het bed ligt heel goed en de douche is lekker.

Pros:

Prima accommodatie. Ruime studio, centraal gelegen in casco viejo.

Cons:

De buurt is (in het weekend) luidruchtig met discotheken in de buurt. Verder liep het water in de douche slecht weg en vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit echt te hoog. Hoge prijs voor verder niks heel speciaals.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, the property was very nice and staff very friendly. Free coffee and water is always a plus. Amazing location.

Cons:

Nothing much really. Breakfast was a little pricy but in keeping with the area. No plug socket next to the bed.

Welcoming, friendly and great rooms, restaurant and location. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Lovely rooms. Everything is there that is needed. Great staff - from reception and in the restaurant and throughout - all super helpful and friendly. Really central location in the old town. So close to restaurants, bars, shops, sights.

Memorably marvelous stay at Las Clementinas! We’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

We loved the location in the old part of town. The staff were nice. Room was very comfortable.

The restaurant downstairs was exceptional! We had an option of outdoor dining in a gorgeous patio surrounded by tropical trees and plants.

Cons:

The room was a bit dark. Water pressure in shower was a bit low.

Terrible service with bait and switch
Pros:

NOTHING, I did not get a chance to stay at this place because it baits and switch the hotel. The hotel provided on this site was not the one they sent to me. The code they sent was for the building on this site, however the hotel room I had was in a sister building with no address provided, no information about it in the lobby, no one to assist you.

Cons:

Extremely bad customer service, partly because it appears they are poorly integrated with booking.com. They do not answer your phone calls either via call or WhatsApp. If you call the emergency number, they do not pick up. Also, their lobby is not really a lobby a shared with a restaurant. The receptionist is gone after 8PM even though it is a hotel so if your flight is delayed like mine you may be out of luck. The hotel is advertised with the a specific address. I was assigned a room in a sister building. That building is unknown, there is no address provided, no directions provided, no information about that sister building in the lobby or their website. No one present to help you out and they do not return your call or answer your Whatsapp messages either.
