The Infinity Pool is adult only pool and we will only accept 16 year olds and above to use this pool.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The staff were all helpful
We loved the location and the views - best sunsets in all of Mallorca! The hotel is spread out on top of a UNESCO area. The (adults only) Infiniti pool is special. The service is outstanding across the board from the concierge to the superb team at breakfast
Beautiful views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.
The labyrinth of elevators can be a bit confusing, but otherwise very little to dislike
They immediately moved my room to a better view with several selections

Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and the hot buffet wasn’t very warm.

It is amazing. Some things might need to be renovated but lovely property I think this is by far the best in Mallorca!
De service was uitmuntend - oog voor elk detail - vriendelijk personeel, zeer attent en discreet. Nooit geen gevoel van opdringendheid. Uitstekend ontbijt met tal van à la carte mogelijkheden. Service aan tafel tijdens ontbijt (koffie , vers appelsiensap,...) wordt gewaardeerd. Eveneens Uitstekende service aan de infinity pool. Leuke service is ook de valet- service hetgeen een leuke meerwaarde is.

The place is beautiful. Everything well done, service was excellent, staff were great. The grounds are stunning, the views everywhere are exactly what you want. The breakfast is delicious.
Lift was broken so had to do 5 floors using stairs. The concierge could be better and we had a couple of staff complaining that they had to leave the Dubai hotel to be in the Mallorca hotel.
