Everything about this venue was perfect from the location, the facilities, the incredible breakfast spread, the service, the experience concierge, everything. We will be returning clients at Jumeirah!

Es lo más y mejor en alojamientos, las vistas al mar y al Puerto de Sóller, la atención de todo el personal.

Cons:

Tema con mascotas, sin acceso a la mayor parte de las instalaciones te deja muy limitado, al final decidimos ir sin mascota muy a nuestro pesar.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel dans chambre avec vue sur la mer.
Pros:

la vue, la gentillesse du personnel aux petits soins , le petit déjeuner .
Nous avons eu un souci pour l’emplacement initial de notre chambre mais le personnel s’est plié en quatre pour nous trouver un meilleur emplacement malgré le fait que l’hôtel était plein 🙂 .

Das Frühstück war einfach bombastisch. Die Lage oberhalb des Ortes ist nicht ganz so optimal, um zu Fuß zu gehen, allerdings wird ein stündlicher Shuttleservice vom Hotel angeboten.

Top Lage..
Fantastischer Blick über das Meer und die Berge.
Hochwertige Einrichtung und tolles Design.

Cons:

Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung (haben an 2 Tagen kalt geduscht).
Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht regelbar.
Bei den aufgetretenen Problemen, tauscht man sich nur mit einem E-Butler aus, der dem Gast versichert, dass es dem Hotel Leid tut und sie sich kümmern.....

Amazing hotel in a beautiful area.
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning. Views from the room & Spa are incredible.
Food was excellent and the staff very professional.We ate at the sky bar and sushi was delicious with very attentive staff. My husband is gluten free, nothing was an issue & everything was cooked fresh.
The shuttle to the Port was great.
